lol of course I eat vegetables but this was something i whipped up last minute because I was hungry literally took me 10 minutes to make. I eat the veggies at work mostly…..

So this morning I hit the gym at 6 am and I’ll be honest I wasn’t feeling it. I was so tired mainly from working 60 plus hours every week and getting up to hit the gym. I was already there so I hit it as hard as I could.

I also have been having an issue lately that maybe someone here can help with. The past few days my hands and ankles have been really swollen and my right is puffed up big time and painful….. I’m wondering I have been using 5 iu’s of Hgh every night before bed I’ve researched this and have read that hgh can cause I think I’m going to lower my side for now but wanna know what you cause think. It’s even painful to type this out of my phone so let me know what you guys think.

Tomorrow is either leg day or rest day just have to wait and see…….

What up Fuckers!!!! This morning felt pretty good. Yesterday I took a much much needed rest day….. my body and muscles feel much fuller ……. What a difference a little rest makes… I was tired this morning so let’s see what I was able to accomplish.

Everything is going great except one thing my hands are always swollen and numb I’ve dropped my Hgh down from 5ius to 2ius to see if that is the problem. Will report back in a few days…. If anyone has any ideas on why this is I’d be more than happy to hear them ……

Side note I dropped my hgh from 5ius before bed to 2 ius before bed and the swelling in my hands and ankles is gone so gonna stay there for now obviously Platinum Pharmaceuticals HGH is potent as fuck!!! Way to go guys loving your stuff.

I know you aren't counting macros or calories. How are you determining how much to eat, when to increase calories, when add cardio, increase dosages, etc without any sort of tracking?

I eat as much as I can and I go by what I look like.. here’s an idea how bout you help me instead of telling me what I’m doing wrong….. show me I’ll listen
 
So just started today one meal in already in the tracker

I never tracked calories or nutrients other than total protein and total carbs, with zero dietary fat, thoughout my competition years. But my diet was always the exact same. 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 scoops of quick oats every 2-3 hours from 6am through 6pm, and one food meal at 9pm of 1/2Lbs 99/1 extra lean ground turkey breast with 3 cups steamed minute rice. When lean bulking I had up to 9 shakes and 1 meal. When cutting I had 5 shakes and 1 meal. During cutting I did an hour of cardio after weight lifting at night and 30 minutes of fasted cardio upon waking. Lean bulking I didn’t do cardio. During those competition years my AAS dose was higher than anyone should ever think about doing.

This sounds like what I’ve been doing and it’s been working out well for me… and yeah people always say that someone is doing way too much AAS but that’s what you gotta do to win

Unless you’re gifted in terms of response to AAS, response to consuming massive amounts of protein and complex carbs, etc. I was skinny/fat with zero genetic potential. So, I pushed the drugs hard!
 
I don't care of you count macros, calories or go by feel. Was just curious as it's beneficial to know what you are taking in calorie and macro wise in to at least a ballpark level that when you need to increase or decrease food you can do so with some accuracy. Example. Your tracking above is showing 114g of fat vs 323g of carbs which is not maximizing the gear IMO. Higher carbs/lower fats will uptick glycogen, more energy, taking advantange of the anabolism, while fat stores as fat. Most competitors sets up macros like this for a reason. Convert more of those fats into carbs.

People put so much time, effort, money and health risks into gear/cycles, but yet don't know the specifics of their diet which drives and optimized everything.

Again, you do you, but just offering a way to be a little more efficient to enhance your gains. That's all.
 
Workout this morning at 530 am felt amazing so much stronger than last week. I decided on chest and bi’s!

Smith machine incline press

2 sets 135lbs x15-20

2 sets 185lbs x10-12

3 sets 225lbs x 8-10

Felt so fucking good and the pump was unreal

Preacher curls machine

6 x 70 lbs to failure slow and controlled

Cable curls

5x 30 lbs. to failure slow and controlled

When I left I felt better than I ever felt before!!!!!!
