So check this out guys this is gonna be a journey for the ages. The transformation that is gonna occur is gonna be legendary and I’m serious I’m going to put my all into this. So I’m gonna post a present day pic here also I’m going to post a pic from 4 years ago. I’m trying to go past the 4 year pic. So guys follow along and you be the judge if it’s legendary or not.<br /><br />I’m more than super grateful to the guys at Platinum Pharmaceuticals for this opportunity they have supplied me with the gear for this mission. Once it lands I will post all pics and inform you of my cycle plan. So please stay tuned……

Ok so just got back from the gym

Warm up machine assisted shoulder press
2x20

Smith machine shoulder press

5 sets reps 6-10

Dumbbell side lateral raises

4 sets 10 reps

Upright row

3 sets 6-10 reps

Tricep push downs

4 sets 6-10 reps

Rope push downs

4 sets 6-10 reps

All done with 30-45 sec rest period

I like to go ham in the gym…. Stay tuned for more …. When the gear lands it’s on like donkey Kong boys!!!

Edit to add: I just lost 50 pounds using the carnivore diet since February. I’ve been steadily going to the gym for two months now. Since I’m on trt, things are perking back up fast. I’ve already gained 6 pounds with no changes in my waist.

AAS fam I fucked up today!

I destroyed my legs lol….so I needed to give the upper body a break and I’ve been falling more and more in love with legs every week… the pump feels so awesome after leg day. Some days I long board to the gym and my dumbass decided to do that today. Well I could barely skate back to the house my legs were jello lmao.

Warm up

I know you're doing the competition, but damn you would rebound SUPER nicely without gear with your muscle memory. Then when you hit a wall the gear would BLOW YOU UP.

Either way...I'm in. Kill it homie.

Ok fuckers I’m back!!!! This mornings workout was harder than usual it was one of those mornings where it took half the workout just to get motivated, but I pushed through and got it done. Fuck I don’t feel like going to work. (Note to self Stop being such a PUSSY)

Lat pull downs

Triceps push downs

I always do some sort of arm exercise I don’t know why I’m just crazy like that or ocd whatever you wanna choose. Have a great day guys……

I do a very similar back day with a few sets of pull ups.
 
Interesting you did triceps with back. What's your split look like?
Morning workouts are tough, but I like morning cardio.
I switched to back/tris, chest/bis for a few weeks a month ago or so, my thoughts were that my biceps were taking a beating on back day anyway, from shitty form maybe.. lol. And the same with triceps.. I also have an biceps/tricep/ab day in my split so it worked out.

The part about you always doing some sort of arm exercise…
I had a friend who always did several sets of pec deck before every workout and he had the best inner chest of anyone I knew at the time. It works! I did this with rear delt machine for while and I had great rear delts that always got compliments. It’s like the guys who do push-ups every morning then train their actual weight workout in the evening. They always have great chests. It’s a real good strategy to bring up lagging parts.

Antagonist muscle training makes perfect sense and confirmed in studies, especially with utilizing supersets as the opposing muscle is fresh as opposed to fatigued after being a secondary muscle to a primary lift.
