Pin based on ester, not the clock, not the calendar.

Time of day doesn’t matter when you’re shut down from exogenous hormones. Just pin it.


Now.. for pip… pinning in the morning is better I find. Gives you more time to move and get the oil to spread out in the muscle leading to less pip. If you pin at night then go to sleep, the oil might not absorb as easily, which can maybe lead to knots or pip

It does have peaks and troughs… anything that accumulates and then leaves your system will, but testosterone Cypionate Is in your system for like 2 weeks, meaning peak shortly after injection and a slow decline till about 16 days later when it’s out. Trying to time the peak of this ester (Cypionate) is just not it. You’re better off using something like Testosterone base or no ester, that is something that acts quickly and many people use for their “girl”

Both will shut you down.
