I have no experience with Moldova and do not know if Basicstero ships there.
I messaged the Basicstero manager and asked about it for you.
It is the middle of the night in his time-zone and also the weekend break. So I might not hear back until the business week.

Thx man appreciate it, i don't wanna convert my money to crypto just to find out that you guys can't ship there. In the meantime can I ask you another question. I plan on buying large quantities of tren and testosterone (I'm not a reseller) , what is the "max" I can receive safely in one batch.

Basicstero does not ship to Moldova.

There is no quantity limit for the size of an order; orders that become too large for one package will be spit to multiple smaller packages.
But, as already mentioned above, Basicstero does not provide service to your location.
