I love to be posting a TD pick with 12 vials of gear but sadly all I have is a subpar experience.

I made an order with OSGear 22 day ago. It took quite a while to get a shipped notification and that was prompted by a trouble ticket request for an update.
Showed delevered. When I checked my box, there was nothing there. I have a locked mailbox and live alone so I have no concerns that the package was picked up supervisor who looked into and determined that it was delivered to the wrong address. It wasn’t returned and considered a loss. They instructed me to contact the retailer because they insured the package and resend.

When I contacted OSGear I got a basic not our problem response. The package shows delivered and they can’t be held responsible.

I’m out 3 weeks and 300 bucks. Be careful who you do business with.

do you mean USPS? Customer doesn't really have a say in the shipper that is used usually

I have a locked mailbox and live alone so I have no concerns that the package was picked up or stolen. I contacted the local post office supervisor who looked into and determined that it was delivered to the wrong address. It wasn’t returned and considered a loss. They instructed me to contact the retailer because they insured the package and resend.

Thats tough bro...im sorry it happened to you for real. Ive never used OSGear but I gotta say its a shitty situation since it shows delivered. So many ppl try to fuck over the sources with shady tactics and lies.(not saying you are at all) Idk if the 2 top sponsors I use would even reship if a pack said delivered successfully. USPS is such a shitshow.

OSGear HAS to have some sort of a reship policy. I don't think they'd do ANY business if they didn't, especially being an overseas source.

First thing you need to do is show PROOF. Obviously, you will need to black certain things out for your privacy and security as well as the source's. You need to show you ordered and paid and also that the package was "delivered" on USPS's end to the wrong address. If the wrong address was YOUR fault, you're screwed. However, if it wasn't, they need to make it right.

Showing proof leaves then with no option but to make it right.

If they show they're not willing to do a reship, NO ONE is going to order from them. It's already risky enough ordering from overseas. Add that on top of no reship policy = no more business for them from this board.

I'll keep an eye on this one.

I will say this - I really liked OSGear the three times I ordered from them a few years back. They had a great sale, the gear was quality, and it took about two weeks to get to me. Maybe things have changed though. Who knows?
