I've been running their gray and orange tops at 5iu nightly. First time running GH, I'm 3 months in and it's definitely been a great addition. At 5ius I'm getting some weird feeling, like maybe the carpal tunnel or stiffness in my hands I hear about. I was considering upping the dose but I'm not sure I want to amplify it.

If you uo it dk it slowly 1iu at a time and wait a week to see how your body adjusts

The CNS numbness can get bad in some people, just take a few days off and start back at lower dose if sides get too much

They told me it takes 25 days. Im with that just wondering though. China is like best friends with Pakistan. It should reach me faster From where I live china is at a 26 hour drive.

If you're already feeling CTS then I wouldn't. Make sure electrolytes are balanced and hydration is good. Potassium helps.
