Same thing happened to me a month ago and it delivered. Same thing happened two weeks later and it delivered. Patience.

Thanks for the kind words. Like Olivia mentioned if you're experiencing abnormal delays reach out to support and we will check up on your order. As of lately our volume has started to stabilize and USPS appears more consistent as well, we're seeing 5-7 day TDs including processing time.
