Hi all—new to AAS and this forum. Tons of great info here, and I’m looking for a little more. 5’11” 210lb 42 yrs old. Dad-who-obviously-works-out bod. Been on 250mg/wk of Test for 10 weeks, basically a high end TRT.

My issue: my elbows and shoulders are fucking murdered lately. Would HGH help? Low-dose Deca? I’m loving my gains and recomp results, so no plans to drop the T or slow my training. So I’m basically looking to cheat my anatomy and keep lifting more than I should. Thanks!

If you have real issues with joints that are damaged, continuing to damage them is not good. If this is simply "old man" joint pain, try some cissus quadrangularis:

Deca or NPP is AMAZING for joints. It would be a game changer for you.

Awesome! I don’t want to have to cycle on and off—I’d have to research whether I could cruise on low dose Deca for joint improvement, and any anabolic effect would be a bonus. I assume it’s just pain from lifting big weights, less than being old.

Something to know is deca doesn't repair joints per say as much as it just lubes them up and makes them feel good. Yes u can cruise on low dose deca as long as u have test in there too.

Some trt clinics even put people on low dose deca with their test.

I'd definitely consider a joint supplement like Multi suggested as well for healing benefits and not just masking the pain/issues.

Long term deca usage has a potential to cause atherosclerosis so don't over do it on the cruise dose and you should be fine.

DHA supplements are life savers for joints. Kaya Naturals makes a clean, potent product. Turmeric Curcumin supplements help reduce inflammation as well. Stay hydrated with clean water (not tap, R/O filtered, "filtered" or bottled tap) and avoid "preserved" foods. Do NOT use Winstrol (Stanozanol).

Most health issues can be traced to something you are consuming that needs to be eliminated, or, a nutritional deficiency because of the things you are NOT consuming, or a combination of both. Its always good to look at your consumption whenever a health issue arises.
Try searching your symptom with items in your diet or meds you may take... EX: "Food Preservatives Joint discomfort".

You'll be surprised at what you find if you care to look. The grocery store is one of the deadliest places you go
