Nolvadex as Gyno prevention during cycle and PCT

Currently running Sustanon 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Decided to take Nolva 10mg ED to prevent gyno.

I know that usually 21 days after last Sust pin should be waited before PCT is started. Quesiton is:

Should I take Nolva during the whole cycle?
Should I take Nolva during those 21 days and then up it to 40mg ED and introduce Clomid as well?

I'm open to suggestions on how to take Nolva during cycle and plan PCT

I've taken Nolvadex at 10mg a day for 6 days when my tit got sensitive. It went away.

that being said. I probably wouldn't just take it the entire time without getting bloods done you can probably crash your e.

I'm sure someone with a little more exp them me will chime in.

Do you already have gyno or did you decide on nolva as a preventative measure? If not then I wouldn't take that the whole time, get blood work, see where your estrogen is and use something like aromasin. Unless you are prone to high estrogen or are going into this cycle with a gyno problem you might not even need it but that's individual, blood work will tell you if you need an AI.

ok thats what happen to me... 10mg nolvadex for 6 days and my nipple retreated

I'm not qualified to tell you what you should do in that situation there are a lot of other people on here with more experience, I've never had the issue myself so I won't take that one. Bloodwork would be a good start, post your results and see what advice you get from an experienced member.

I took 10-20 mg prob over a month .at night.nipps were tender/sensitive. It worked.it went away

After bloods you will know . But alot of guys get sensitive 1-2 days after injections or just a slight
Itch , bit unless you see puff or actual pain to touch . I’d lay off Nolvadex . Now ! My answer is completely different if you’ve ever had a lump or gyno before , or if your a daily user of thc ,tobacco or alcohol. Nolvadex is a great item and I’ve completely needed it before using non aromatizing orals like Anadrol , so once you have to start , it’s pretty much daily and then pct is a lot larger doses of Nolvadex/Clomid , hcg /HMG (if needed ).
