200 mg trt bloodwork. Been 4 months since last cycle. Test was taken day before regular pin. Currently pinning twice a week thinking about switching to daily or atleast week days to reduce dips in total test and thinking that might bring e2 down as well. Hematocrit getting high but was also tested at 7 am and I forgot to drink water before test, I think last number was 48-49. Any suggestions or issues here? Thanks guys

Total T is low for 200 mg a week. They didnt test free T?

HDL is low. And total cholesterol is lowe than I like

Taking any heart and cholesterol support? Fish oil, citrus bergamot, etc?

No current heart support so gonna start a regimen. Also I know the test is good so I’m thinking the two pins a week are causing a spike in estrogen and dips in test. This test was on Monday morning with past pin being the previous Thursday.

I’m no expert, but your TT does seem low for 200 mg , I’m 100 mg per week and consistently at 700 TT . You mentioned going to everyday pins , I started subq everyday a couple of months ago at 16 mg per pin, which is 112 mg total, got my BW back the other day and it had my TT at 1000 exactly, I never thought it would go from 700 to 1000 with just a 12 mg a week increase, haven’t gotten my E2 back yet.

Switch to daily pins brother. Maybe up the dose a tiny bit...being in the 500's at 200mg is definitely too low. You source your test here or is it from a clinic?

I thought the samething at first but all my stuff is from Stanford. Always been good, never heard anything bad about him either. Ran a cycle 6 months ago with same test and Tt was over 3k

So switch to ed pins. And got some other tests ran. Test went up, e2 went down a little. Also started citrus berg and ryr. It was definitely proves that my test is good. I think the last bloodwork I had just went two or three days since a pin, seeing how much it fluctuates I’m definitely gonna continue ed shots. Hematocrit went from 51.7 to 49.6 just by a little more hydration before bloodwork. Im thinking I need to eat less rice or maybe bring my carbs down. I feel like I’ve done a lot of research on the cycle and main bloodwork markers but the insulin and lipids definitely need my attention now from the looks of it. Any advice or thoughts are verywelcomed
