Hello, I’m 38 years old. Asian American Male. I have low libido sometimes none at all and erectile dysfunction. For erectile dysfunction, I take Viagra. Viagra helps with the erections but not libido. There are so many sponsors to choose from. I don’t know where to start. I’m sure all sponsors here are legit. But where do I start? I’m a beginner. Also, I want muscles but not Hulk-Like. Just enough to play better in sports. But the thing is I don’t want any of that side effects such as acne, man-boobs, anger, mood swings, irritability, and etc. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for suggestions.

I hope this is not a stupid question, but what kind of bloodwork and how do I get bloodwork done. Last week I had a regular blood lab work done and everything in my body was fine. Liver was good. The only thing was that I just have starting level high cholesterol and a little high blood pressure. My upper number for blood pressure is okay. It's the lower number for blood pressure that is a little high. My Doctor asked me if i have stress and I said yes and sometimes i don't have a good night's rest. I mean, I sleep but not deep sleep. Also, I have a little depression and anxiety and I have mild ADHD.

With all due respect brother, I know you know your stuff when it comes to bodybuilding, but could you stop copying and pasting this same protocol over and over. Everyone is different and with no other info about training, diet or stats it’d be reckless to assume OP is any shape or form in a position to blast 500mg of test for 12 weeks just because his dick doesn’t work.

You need bloodwork that shows your Total testosterone levels, Free Testosterone while you’re at it and Estradiol ultra sensitive which shows your estrogen levels.

What are your stats as far as height, weight, are you overweight or relatively lean, do you exercise, if you do what kind of exercise, weight training, cardiovascular, how many days a week do you train, how long have you been training? You don’t have to answer every single thing, mainly just stats and wether you train consistently or not, do you follow a diet?

If your Testosterone comes back low and estrogen high, you could get your doctor to prescribe you TRT. That should fix the issues you’re experiencing, if low testosterone is the underlying issue.

But I don’t train consistently. And I don’t follow a diet. But I try to avoid foods that have high cholesterol.

You may want to ask your physician about isolated diastolic hypertension. Research it yourself and you may be surprised to see what causes it, such as endocrine disorder, sleep apnea, and kidney issues. You should also research how drugs, whether TRT doses or not, effect your blood pressure and kidneys.

Have your testosterone levels checked again, Total and free and also get the estradiol ultra sensitive test. Levels can change dramatically in 2 years, try to get these tests done at least every year if possible. Not sure if you remember the actual numbers from your last bloodwork, but when it comes to total test normal could be anywhere from 700 to 300. High estrogen can also affect your erection, reason for the estradiol ultra sensitive test.

Depending on your state laws you can use a private lab for bloodwork if you don’t want to go through a doctor. PrivateMDLabs and UltaLabs are two very common ones you can look up online. You can look for a lab near you, select the tests you want done and set an appointment. Pay with a card.

Steroids are not magical. If you don't train consistently and follow a well balanced diet, you'd be wasting your time and money. Your goals can be easily achieved without gear.

This is an Edit, add on to my previous post

Once you get the tests mentioned above done or if you do… and your results come back with Low testosterone or high estrogen or both, I’d suggest reaching out to your doctor and asking him to put you on TRT. Main reason why go through a doctor is because it’s legal and with your lifestyle and stats you don’t need anything more than what a doctor would give you.

If you choose to self treat , then spend a lot of time reading and asking questions regarding TRT, dosages and everything there is to it before you acquire or inject anything. Also, follow a diet, nothing crazy just healthy eating and become more consistent with your exercise. Not looking to build “Hulk-like” muscles here… but having a tad high blood pressure and cholesterol, you could do nothing, but benefit from the lifestyle change.

Testosterone and or other Anabolics can and will affect your blood pressure and cholesterol negatively if a lot of things are not in place.

I just know when people make up their mind about cycling there is really no changing it. Just trying to make sure they do it the right way. I believe everyone should have a Test only cycle as their first, with AI on hand, and Nolva PCT. Just want to put a basic first cycle out there so I don’t hear that he did Test/Deca/Dbol and made himself even worse.
 
Welcome to ASF! As it's been said blood work should be your first step. You could buy your own if you wanted assuming your state allows you to do so. Check out private MD labs then you can go to a lab Corp or Quest near you and have them drawn. If you have low testosterone then getting legal trt would definitely be a super solid option. You should focus on optimization and feeling like your old self before you dip your feet into the pool of anabolics. Self trt is obviously something some of us do as well but that requires lots of research to ensure your health is optimal.

My antidepressants causes diastolic hypertension. For cholesterol, I eat pizza a lot. I have to cut down on pizza. Some people get addicted to drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, porn, and etc. Mines is Pizza. I’m a small and average looking Asian-American but I can eat a whole box of large Pizza Hut and or Papa John’s pizza all by myself.
 
Dont jump right into anything. Do alot of research and obviously blood work. You would be amazed what a high intensity workout and eating clean will do for your mindset. First step, get a gym membership, it doesnt sound like you have one, if you do have one, GO. You may benefit from someone pushing you and holding you to your goals , i know @CoachCabo provides online coaching, not sure how busy he is, but im sure theres other people too.
Also, i am not a doctor, just some idiot on the internet, but after you weight train and get your diet in check, talk to your real doctor about getting off them antidepressants brother, there terrible. But please DO NOT stop taking them without your docs approval, dont want you to suicide yourself. I personally know multiple people that have done this.

I'm on the lowest dosage mg possible on my antidepressants. My Doctor will slowly get me off. But not now.
