Welllllllll Turns out my household had the flu haha explains why i felt a little worse than the common cold there for a few days BUT were under 217 weight cap hahah couple refeeds and were gonna bounce back in no time!

We dropped reta down to 2 mg to see how we start to fill up with less reta on board. We have decreased cardio down to 25 min. Were up on tren. Annnnnd the next two days were really gonna pound some food to get the recovery train back after the flu.

Just did some light upper body today. Not really wanting to push it after being so sick and hardly getting any food down.

6 weeks out! Time to bring the plan home!

Been another weird week. Worked some extras to make up for the sick time i took off.

Training plan is largelythe same going into these last weeks. Except we will take one set to failure and leave 3rir for the rest of them. Drilling down posing these last weeks. This is where time gets sacred it feels like haha work. Cardio. Family. Eating.Training. Posing. Nothing left to do but to dial in and get to it. Very glad my partner lives this life along side of me and knows exactly what im going through as mybrain is mush.

Been using semax and Selank this past week and wow what a combo. For those on tren. Or in prep i HIGHLY Recommend this combo. 1mg of each and my brain has been fog and anxiety free even on clen and tren. I am honestly shocked at how incredible this combo has been for me. I will continue to use it. Maybe split dosing 500mcg am 500 mcg early afternoon and see how that helps. Next step is to add oxytocin at night!

Were back in the groove! The decrease in reta honestly has made me feel a lot better, hungry but better. 219 at check in today coming off 3 medium days. I would anticipate a run of low days here in the future. What do you do to help with the hunger other than reta?

The decrease in reta is hitting harddddd feeling nice and full off a lot less cabs which is nice. Energy seems to have taken a dip as well. 4 weeks out all of this is normal , but man Reta is a helluva a drug.
