Today is my Arms and chest day. Always fun to get a good pump before work. Setting a show date has really taken my focus to a different level, which is frustrating because I feel like I should have been in this headspace all along and I'm second guessing whether I could have done better or done more in the last year…. HOWEVER, I can't go back. The best time to plant a tree was yesterday, the next best time is today. So we’re locked in and focused on the road ahead.
Gear:
350 test e weekly.
Peptides:
1mg Oral BPC (split am/pm) - daily
1mg oral KPV (split am/pm) - daily
6iu GH
1mg reta weekly
100mg glutathione inj daily
600mg L-carn inj daily
(i am dropping the TB, BPC, and GHK for now to see if I really need to stay on them or Im staying on them for my own mental comfort)

SA tricep extensions: L 6x12-15, R 4x 12-15, 1 drop set.
SA OH tricep extension: L 6x12-15, R 4x12-15, 1 RP
Close Grip Bench: 4x12-15, 1 back off
Incline DB press: 4x12-15, 1 RP, 1 Back off
Cable Fly:6x12-15, 1 RP
Rear Delt Fly:4x12-15
Seated DB Lateral Raise:6x12-15, 1 drop
Shoulder Press Machine; 4x12-15
Cardio: 20min incline walk
