Hello! Just got back from a little vacation down in florida im sorry for the delay in updates.
Not much to update other than I ate great seafood and held a LOT of water from flying which is normal. Two day refeed went well and checked in on wednesday and plan is still full steam ahead.

Pulled some hormone labs just to be sure all things were where I wanted them. USP gear doesnt disappoint! Very pleased with these levels!
I will pick up some extra cardio this weekend as i feel like i wasnt able to stay on top of things on that end very well on my trip.

Yessir! you are right, ive been working but not like that!You need to be doing about 40 minutes per day of posing. This will help with conditioning and also breathing while on stage, it helps your cuts/definition to be deeper. Posing really is the shit bro. After while you'll be on stage hitting each pose and not have a problem at all.
The trick is to breath incredibly slow through your nose, very very slow. This is done with tons of practice in the mirror, holding each individual pose for 30-40 seconds 3 times each. Start by doing the whole qtr turn shabang, then from there, hit your mandatories. 3 times each for 30-4o seconds. After posing practice you should be drenched.
