I'm on a marginally low dose cycle of Test Prop 210mg, NPP 180mg, Primo 180mg, and Var 50mg (daily), and GLOW M-F. I've been on for about 6 weeks and making some decent gains. Up about 8lbs and getting stronger daily. Got bloodwork done pre-cycle and everything was in line. Got another set of labs done this week and received results this morning and they were a bit alarming.

Total Test 960 ng/dl
Free Test 336 ng/dl
Estrogen 12pg/ml
Ferritin 1007 ng/ml

I immediately went to a local Red Cross and did a Power Red donation. As for the lowered estrogen, Id like continue running the Primo but I'm not sure if I should increase the Test or lower the Primo. Needless to say I'll get another set of labs done in a few weeks. How would you address the situation?

What other lab work have you done? Do you eat a lot of red meat and drink alcohol? Have you ever done a CRP test?

Did you get a full blood panel?

Your ferritin levels are very high, potential hemochromatosis/liver damage high. It would be worth seeing a hematologist to figure out what's going on.

  • Cut back on any supplements that may be high in iron, read you products, including beverages from the store, replace all and any red-meats with white meats - eggs, fish/shrimp, chicken, and so on.
  • Go for an oil change

Ask the Doc - liver detoxes - Liver cocktail (Official validation to some protocols)

What you’re about to read is the hard-won wisdom we fiercely pass down to the next generation. It stands as proof:
the veteran lions of bodybuilding were leagues ahead of their era.
They may not have dissected the science, but they mastered what truly worked.

That’s why when a seasoned bodybuilder—or a legend from the past—speaks, I listen with unwavering focus.
The knowledge they hold, remembered or not, is priceless.

This material is intended solely for educational purposes.

This is GAME-CHANGING info that not many people know about! I've known about it for a while, then I saw an AMAZING video from The Doc that dives into liver detox and fighting fatty liver! It totally validates those old claims, and it was SO REFRESHING to hear it explained so brilliantly!

Liver cocktail - choline and inositol (3,000 mg per day of each) and L-methionine (1,500 mg per day).. Every 3 months for fatty liver detox or when running orals/.

Listen from 4:09 to 9:20
It is certainly worth noting, as this is some of the most compelling information to date that validates the longstanding recommendation of this classic cocktail.

You've got some issue or issues going on causes you some inflammation.

Elevated hs- CRP and Ferritin are pointing to that. You need to figure out what it is.

Have you run all of those compounds before?

Yes, I've ran this stack a handful of times. Only thing I've added this cycle is the peptides. It's really the only stack I run nowadays and I keep the doses fairly low. Last time I ran it was last summer and I had elevated Ferritin then but it was in the 600 range. Should have given blood then but I was traveling quite a bit and just never got around to it 🤦🏻‍♂️. Stopped everything in October to give my body a brake from gear and have been off since up until this cycle. I'm not sure if it's related but I've noticed my Ferritin levels go up when my estrogen levels are off. Particularly when they're low. Gonna increase my test dose a little to see if it balances out my estrogen and see if it helps with the Ferritin. That and donating blood I'm hoping will help a bit.

In the meantime, I'm not really sure how to go about diagnosing inflammation in my body. Do you have any recommendations? Or should I just make an appointment see a physician? Appreciate your time...TY

Id bring the primo down to 100 and that will sort out your e2 while you get the ferritin figured out.

don't think it makes sense to jack up the test prop when you have another health problem that hasn't been diagnosed yet. most health responsible thing to do would be go to trt

Not a fan as I went through there trt clinic and I've asked there docs questions on stuff they never heard of. Like hmg, he says what's that. Then I was having issues believe a cvd reaction cause my veins were inflamed and sticking out way more than usual if that's possible. He says oh that's the test will do that to you, bro I've done shit here and there for decades. Why liver was sky high an Dr ran just said take red yeast, I talked to him one time and they don't always know as much as they act like they do. Ill tell you this I stopped they charged me shit loads, one order was test, metformin, b12, rapamycin, an 1 or 2 things can't remember for 1800. Last time I asked about a glp1 they gave me prices for Sema, tirz, and reta. The most expensive as they broke it down in mg pricing came out to be 1200 for 10mg of reta. After that I said u know what I'll go back to doing it myself as I think some things they screwed me up on. I was on 300mg trt and they will give you deca or anadrol. I mean come on they will bust guys on boards but they can sell u whatever🤣🤣
