At nearly 41 and with several cycles already under my belt (including a 6-month break and PCT), I’ve finally found the perfect stack for me, based on my bloodwork and lifestyle (as a father and husband). Sleep, energy, strength, endurance, bloodwork, blood pressure, blood sugar, libido—everything is perfect! Body fat is around 10–12%.

250mg Sustanon (plus 75mg every other day)
20mg Anavar daily
10mg Aromasin every 4 days
20mg Cardarine daily

Weight: 91kg / 200lbs

I still feel athletic enough to keep up with kickboxing, and strong enough to make plenty of guys at the gym look old—even at 40+ (LOL).

My total testosterone is over 1500 ng/dL (capped test / maxxed out).

Compared to the past—when I ran way too much gear, sometimes over 1.2g—I keep thinking it was never really necessary, unless you’re planning to step on stage.

On 250mg and my current lifestyle (perfect diet, 3000 calories a day), I don’t gain fat; I stay lean and get the admiration from younger guys that I—to be honest—expect. I feel like a GOD again.

Why I'm telling you guys this? --> I suspect that knowledge transfer in this area (especially for those over 40) is always a good thing; people compare notes and look for others' experiences.t

Hell yeah! You look great. I think you're proof that more isn't better. You've definitely turned 41 into the new 20. Nice work! 💪💪
Thanks mate, I really appreciate what you’re saying—it’s good for the soul. Keeping water retention to a minimum while on gear and staying lean appeals to me more these days than just packing on pure mass. Back in the day, I just wanted to get wider, stronger, and more massive, but thankfully that’s not the case anymore... Health really ought to come first, but you’re naive when you’re younger—and that’s how it should be.

I'm approaching 46 at a rapid speed and I'm also having to face this grim reality that sooner our later, we all get told that we can't play the kid's game anymore. I just suffered my second pec tendon rupture 2 weeks ago. My third tendon injury. My body is getting too old to handle those heavy cycles and mass building big weights. It's health and overall fitness from here on out. At this point, I don't want to be strong, I just want to look strong. You gave me some encouragement. I appreciate you. You're making all the Swiss proud!

I just turned 53 and have spent the last two years basically experimenting on myself. I have found my perfect stack which is 300 test/300 mast. I tried the high dose thing, which I’ve posted about before, and you are absolutely right in that it didn’t make me grow any faster or any more than the 300/300 combo. My theory is that you can only accrue real muscle but so fast and taking three times more isn’t going to make you grow three times as fast. And if you’re not planning on competing, then you can make fantastic progress on low to moderate amounts as long as everything else is on point. Good job man!

Just turned 48 in late June. Gonna start my TRT journey in a couple of weeks. Hoping to get similar results. Thanks for sharing.

Whats your sust pin schedule look like on that? Do you split the 250mg up twice a week on the same days, etc?

Thanks mate, I really appreciate it. At some point, the goal shifts from being strong and invincible to focusing on quality and staying healthy for as long as possible. True words. Good decision from you!

Very similar to mine but just Test Cyp and sub Mast E for Var.

Even 4iu of HGH is too much for mma especially since I still need to grow (192 rn) gaining .5lbs per week.
In the past, I always experienced very positive effects from HGH (fat loss, sleep, a 3D look), but unfortunately also water retention. Plus, HGH is expensive. It would do me good (1–2 IUs a day), but—FOR ME—I can manage fine without it.

I would pay for the better testosterone test, I highly doubt you're around 1,500. 130 mg a week of Test C puts me in 1509 And I'm 61.
I’m 100% over 1,500 ng/dL—the test maxed (is capped) out at 1,500; 250 mg of Sustanon a week puts me way above TRT and even TRT+ levels, provided my bloodwork (including specific ones like Lp(a) and ApoB) remain in check. One advantage of doing this for so long is that you deepen your knowledge of the subject—though, of course, I’m not a doctor.

Yes. 75mg Sust e2d. I had zero E2 issues although my E2 was between 70-80, and my SHBG was overfilled massiv, so according to my bloodwork I decided to add 20mg Var, this dropped my SHBG --> so more free test, but to prevent aromatase I added 10mg Aromasin e4d. Nice smooth skin, no side effects at all.

Looking incredible man !! I’m turning 45 next month, still trying to find my “sweet spot”, but only got into this game a year ago ,

Are you running the Anavar year round ? Or are you running it in courses ?

Thx mate! It takes time, you'll find your sweet sport too, be patient. I'll check my bloodwork again soon and if my Liver (including Bilirubin), my kidney's, my HC is in range I'll take it longer, but never more than 20mg a day I guess. Not sure now how long and when to stop. Taking it now since 3-4 weeks. 🙏🙏🙏
