Need help with fat burners. What are your favorite.

First of all I completely understand diet is everything. I’m 6’6 245lbs around 12 percent BF. I’ve been dieting hard for 8 weeks now. I’m in my mid/late 30s I’ve been on TRT for 5 years. Yes I do my cardio. I enjoy running and do a couple races a year. Usually just half marathons. I’m a firefighter so I have an active job. I’ve ran cycles in the past so this isn’t anywhere near my first cycle.

My cut cycle I’ve been on is 250mg of test with 25mg of Var.
I’m wanting an extra boost. (I know I don’t need it. I enjoy pharmacology, It’s what I like to do.)

I’m about to put an order in so I’m trying to decide what fat burning agent (if any) would be good to add.

1. What “fat burning” agents have you used with success? What MG?

2. Which compounds worked the best and which ones were a waste of time and money.

Some ones I’ve been kicking around are
Clen
Reta
Tirzepatide
Tren A low dose 70-100mg a week for 6ish weeks. (I know it’s not a fat burner but shines in a deficit)

Any others would be appreciated and any experience would be greatly appreciated.
 
If diet is truly on point I go with Retatrutide, Mot C , and SLU PP 332 is one route. Or old fashioned Clen. Retatrutide dosage range per person. mot C 5-10mg per week. SLU is dependent. I now take 10mg per day. Some take under 1000mcgs. Try em out and look at these forums. Lots of information here.

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate it. Reta seems pretty legit. Is the combo of Reta, Mot-C and SLU better than Clen? In your opinion? Would Reta by itself make a difference or is the combo the way to go?
 
Personally, given that you’re in a job where you’re dragging hoses, climbing ladders, and getting woken up for service calls at ungodly hours (as well jacking up your HR momentarily) I think Clen is a bad idea.

Clen works but gives me anxiety because it feels like my heart is going to explode but I don't take any stimulants at all so maybe that's just me. I got better results with Retatrutide anyway by itself. Start there first before throwing the kitchen sink at it. It's powerful stuff. Mot C and SLU are great to throw in at the end of a cut for the polish.

You’re probably right. I did Tren years ago and don’t remember too bad of side effects. But I’m older now so I’m not sure about that one either.
 
Reta has worked insanely well for me alongside my enclomiphene prescription for hrt. Dropped 50 lbs since my last bulking cycle. Leanest I've ever been. I started at .25mg and moved up very slowly.

Personally I started at 1mg Monday and Friday so 2mg a week and that worked great for months. Now I take 4mg and that's a lot but I know guys taking double that. There is not a one size fits all. Start there for two weeks and titrate upwards .5mg a week. Doesn't take much. I started in split dosages to feel it out. Some like once a week and some multiple times a week. It can be a touchy subject if your a douche bag. But start low and slow.

I personally found my dosage is best split twice per week as well. I agree the dosages vary pretty widely person to person. Low and slow is definitely the move.

You’re a first responder, you need to stay sharp and safe at all times. I don’t think using compounds that could disrupt your sleep or elevate your heart rate is wise.

As for whether 70–100 mg of Tren would cause sleep issues or affect your heart rate, I can’t say for sure. Everyone responds differently, my friend.

I would play with the reta and see how it goes from there if it was me.
