Need help brewing L-Carnitine+MIC+B12

Remember when brewing that all your ingredients will displace volume. Meaning that you will not need as much as 100ml of bac water when making your solution.

I actually planned to use whole 30 ml reconstruction solution. 100 ml was just for simple math so people can just glance. If I plan to have 30ml of liquid, what would be the formula then?

Also, I attempted to brew MIC on its own at those exact doses and had a difficult time to hold. With the addition of the Carnitine and B12 it may be even harder. I am not saying that it can't be done. The best way to know is to try it. Check out several of my posts in this thread.

So you wouldn't mix MIC+B12 into one with L-Carnitine. So 1 vial is L-Carnitine, another vial MIC+B12? This seems like needing to injecting like 3-4 ml, if wanting to do L-Carnitine at 1,000 mg/day.

Thats a good question. I was hoping someone who has attempted this blend of Carn/MIC/B12 would chime in.

I just know from my experience that I brewed the MIC and L-Carn separately. It would be a great blend if it were to hold but even at the MIC doses you listed(which was the same that I used) it had a hard time keeping suspended. My solution is a bit grainy and needs to be shaken prior to drawing up.

The only way to really know is trying it. Maybe try and brew a small 10ml batch at your listed doses prior to a larger 100ml batch.

So I did my solution. I injected it in my quad and it hurts. It went in smoothly first half milliliter. Then it started hiring so I pull it out.

My muscle hurts. It's not bad but definitely not making me want to work out legs cuz I'm worried to not make it worse.

To start I did only l-carnitine. 15 g of l-carnitine and 20 ml of BAC. So it's about 750 mg per milliliter. I thought to inject 1.5 ml for first 14 days in the loading phase. But again it started hurting and I'm not sure what I do wrong.

The solution looks clear and again it went smoothly.

I did filter it and followed all the safety, disinfection, not using same needle or syringe.

Yes. I purchased ready solution. I did not add any benzyl alcohol. It already has it.

The pain is 85% gone after about 8-9 hours, to the point I'd have no problem going to jiu jitsu class.

It was type of pain like you'd hit yourself hard in a large muscle. Something that heals in a week or so.

I went with 1.5 inch needle 25g. I've been using it no problem. First time something like that. I've been going deep into muscle, ligaments, tendons with bpc 157 and tb 500.

Not sure what is caused, but I feel safe poking myself some more, tomorrow.

I've brewed L-Carn at 500mg/ml, 600mg/ml, 750mg/ml, 800mg/ml with 750/800 being brewed a couple times and I've never had any that caused pain.

I don't know where the brewing process goes wrong for you guys having pain with injection.

Yep. Thats the L-Carn raw that I use. The only difference that I see between out two recipes is that I make my own bac water but I make it as .9% as well.

You, if you want add a little baking soda next time you brew to help with the acidity and bring down some of the sting.

No sting while injecting. The pain is different. Went in smooth until started hurting. Will update after today's dose.

Typically loading phase is 2Xs your maintenance dose.
Its based on weight. All research that I have done says 200mg/per 50-60lbs of your body weight.
I'm pretty regimented at AM injections. Some like to do it post workout. I would just make sure your consistent.

This can be a hassle but sometimes warming your solution may help.

What does it mean?

When cutting you are just basically adding more volume to your injection to ease some of the discomfort.

You can add another aqueous based element....say like injectable B-12, injectable MIC, etc or you can just add plain sterile water.

Many practice this when using AS that cause PIP. A good example is 1-Test Cyp. Adding like a test ester or EQ will add volume to the injection which then helps keeping PIP in check.

Update:
I was able to inject whole cc of my solution. I took it from the fridge and let it warm up for 2 hours. I went into vastus lateralis (I think) with a 45 deg angle. After 0.3 cc started feeling tiny bit of that pain, paused, went whole needle (1.5 inch), and veeeery slowly, I mean almost 2 minutes, of constant tiny pressure. There was a tiny attempt of my muscle to "cramp", but I just paused and continued. It can feel more than just injection spot, but it's all and good for now.

Maybe I waited too little (both first injections were within 24 h of the solution mixed). Looks super clear. If this batch will continue without issues I'll make the next one after this one is done.
I think I'll add little more fluid. I find it to inject easier if it's not as "thick".

It's about 14 days before it starts working, right?

Individual results do vary, so it's important that you understand that your body will respond to these injections, and it may do so on its own time. I would say anywhere from 2-3 weeks to really see the initial benefits.

Some of the initial benefits reduced heart rate; increased lipid metabolism, VO2max, oxygen consumption, improved performance; and hastened recovery.
