I'm following for meal ideas, I need to get my diet on point like this. Meal planning seems daunting, but I figured I could just copy your meals and track my macros.

Logs are great for learning nearly everything you need to know..

Ground beef with Sweet Peas..
I add rice (which I have down pretty damn good)
And a baked potato..

Day 7 Complete. Pin Day 125mgs of Test Prop - 100mgs of NPP - 100mgs of Mast Prop

Today was a beastly yet oddly zen day at the gym. My biceps and calves got a serious workout, and let me tell you, I was feeling the burn on my second set. I thought I was about to hit the wall, but a quick breather brought me back to life.

Phew! Now, here's the funny part: I've become a bottomless pit for food! My stomach keeps growling, and all I can think about is my next meal. And don't even get me started on my sweet tooth! Whenever those cravings hit, I've come up with a genius plan. I either delay gratification by savoring my smoothie or go milk-chugging like a pro. Works like magic! Now, I was a bit skeptical about eating unseasoned food, but surprise, surprise! Plain rice is my newest flavor-crush. Who knew? Today was all about chicken and rice, starting with my morning smoothie, and ending with another one before bed. Talk about a tasty routine!

Oh, and let me tell you about the smoothest pinning experience ever. No, not Pinterest—my adventure with NPP and Mast injections. I'm a total newbie at this, but no pain, no soreness, just pure satisfaction. Can't wait to see the jaw-dropping results! But hey, tomorrow's a rest day! Today is a fabulous and well-deserved rest day for me. Ah, the joy of laziness! I have fully committed to the art of doing absolutely nothing while also taking great care of my nutritional needs. There's nothing quite like being a professional at relaxation, wouldn't you agree? But fear not, my dear readers, for tomorrow shall unleash the beast within me as I channel my energy into some intense bag training!

So, while I embrace my indolent tendencies today, I hope you all are enjoying a marvelous day filled with productivity, or even your own version of leisurely bliss. For breakfast, I whipped up a protein smoothie with some raw eggs - the breakfast of champions! 🥚🥤 Then, for an early lunch, I devoured some lip-smacking chicken and black beans. But guess what? While I take pride in my accomplishments thus far, the most challenging aspect remains adhering to my diet. My cravings have intensified, and the constant desire for a juicy hamburger is rather amusing. Prior to this week, I never would have imagined I'd be this fixated on food. It's quite astounding, but I am determined to persevere and conquer these challenges!

I'm craving nachos now and its not even 8 am lmao.

When I get a craving, I grab a can of tuna, salmon or sardines and maybe 6 or 8 saltines. That cures the cravings for me. Or I think about that big ball of grease from the nachos or potato chips that will be sitting in my stomach. It does get you off the diet, but doesn't blow carbs or fat out.

Having a big ball of grease in my stomach from a plate of nachos with cheese just gives me heartburn just thinking about it lol.

Does the chicken taste dry later in the Tupperware? Every time I grill chicken and eat it later in the week, it's dry. Someone suggested to cook it sous vide.
 
I was talking to my good friend I'm about to move in with..and he was telling me about his Mac Donald's hamburger that nearly killed him..lol
After you start eating healthier and your body gets used to good Nutrition, a fast food hamburger...throws the body into shock..!!
