And here's a little secret - it never gets easier, because the intensity just keeps cranking up!
Then, for an early lunch, I devoured some lip-smacking chicken and black beans. But guess what? I couldn't resist having it again with some rice before my epic training session. Can you say YUM? Now, let's get to dinner. I conjured up a delicious batch of beef, rice, veggies, and beans. And you know what's awesome about it? It's going to keep me fueled for the next few days. Talk about meal-prep made easy, right?

Well done and let the gains begin!Day 9 Complete. Pin Day 125mgs of Test Prop - 100mgs of NPP - 100mgs of Mast Prop
Good evening, everyone! Today was one heck of a day. I rolled out of bed and did my usual morning routine, followed by a refreshing hour-long walk. After school, I unleashed my fury on the heavy bag and rocked some killer abs workouts. Let me tell you, I was drenched in sweat by the end.And here's a little secret - it never gets easier, because the intensity just keeps cranking up!
Now, let's talk food. For breakfast, I whipped up a protein smoothie with some raw eggs - the breakfast of champions! Then, for an early lunch, I devoured some lip-smacking chicken and black beans. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
Good evening, ASF Fam and supporters! Today has been another incredible day, although my pecs feel like they might stage a protest and fall off any moment now.
To kick off this glorious morning, I decided to skip the gym and go for a refreshing walk outside. The air was filled with the delightful fragrance of rotten onions and cilantro (yep, it's a thing in the morning!). But hey, a change of scenery was just what I needed to take a break from the usual routine. I strolled at a leisurely pace for an hour, allowing me to clear my mind and say my prayers along the way.

Now, let's talk about chest day. In just 30 minutes, my muscles unleashed their inner drama queens and screamed 'no more!' I owe it all to the fantastic routine that the one and only @Fletcher has crafted for me. It keeps me laser-focused and accountable, sparing me from wasting 2-3 hours at the gym like a lost soul.
Now, let's dish on today's diet. It started off with a nutritious and lip-smacking breakfast smoothie, packed with all the good stuff. And for the rest of the day, I indulged in a delectable combo of beef, beans, and rice. Yum, yum, and yum!
Remember, folks, life is all about enjoying the journey and having a good laugh along the way. Stay tuned for more fitness adventures that will leave you inspired, entertained, and maybe even questioning my sanity. Until next time!"

Diet/nutrition is thae hardest part of your trip!!Thank you, everyone, for the tremendous support. This forum has been instrumental in boosting my self-confidence, and I am truly grateful for the unwavering encouragement I receive here. While I take pride in my accomplishments thus far, the most challenging aspect remains adhering to my diet. My cravings have intensified, and the constant desire for a juicy hamburger is rather amusing. Prior to this week, I never would have imagined I'd be this fixated on food. It's quite astounding, but I am determined to persevere and conquer these challenges!
I'm craving nachos now and its not even 8 am lmao.
When I get a craving, I grab a can of tuna, salmon or sardines and maybe 6 or 8 saltines. That cures the cravings for me. Or I think about that big ball of grease from the nachos or potato chips that will be sitting in my stomach. It does get you off the diet, but doesn't blow carbs or fat out.Thank you, everyone, for the tremendous support. Having a big ball of grease in my stomach from a plate of nachos with cheese just gives me heartburn just thinking about it lol. When I get a craving, I grab a can of tuna, salmon or sardines and maybe 6 or 8 saltines. Yep!!I'm sure Fletcher will give better advice, but that's been working for me. If I go over on my protein, I'm OK with that.

Does the chicken taste dry later in the Tupperware? Every time I grill chicken and eat it later in the week, it's dry. Someone suggested to cook it sous vide.Day 8
Happy Tuesday!
Today is a fabulous and well-deserved rest day for me. Ah, the joy of laziness! I have fully committed to the art of doing absolutely nothing while also taking great care of my nutritional needs. There's nothing quite like being a professional at relaxation, wouldn't you agree? But fear not, my dear readers, for tomorrow shall unleash the beast within me as I channel my energy into some intense bag training!
So, while I embrace my indolent tendencies today, I hope you all are enjoying a marvelous day filled with productivity, or even your own version of leisurely bliss. Remember to take time for yourself, both to rest and to pursue your passions. Until we meet again, stay wonderfully lazy and have a splendid day, my friends!.
