Does the chicken taste dry later in the Tupperware? Every time I grill chicken and eat it later in the week, it's dry. Someone suggested to cook it sous vide.

Thank you for your advice. I love peanut butter and I cant eat it without milk. I was just venting being on npp my food craving is by far increased. Just need to stay focused and disciplined. I'm cooking steak tonight so that should appease my hunger

I agree with that statement. I'm done with fast-food and it makes you feel like shit after you eat it, I think its the grease

In my freezer are a few beef patties that are frozen. I'm just avoiding bread for the time being. I've got some lower abdominal fat that I'm trying so hard to get rid of. My diet will be a little more lax once that's gone. I don't want to fail Fletcher or H&B, and I want to take advantage of this situation as best I can. I'm still in disbelief that I was given this chance.

When I get a craving, I grab a can of tuna, salmon or sardines and maybe 6 or 8 saltines. That cures the cravings for me. Or I think about that big ball of grease from the nachos or potato chips that will be sitting in my stomach. It does get you off the diet, but doesn't blow carbs or fat out.

Heavy bags and abs.
Apologies for missing yesterday's workout update, folks. Leg day was no joke!
Today, I unleashed my inner Rocky Balboa on the punching bag and tackled some intense abs exercises. Guess what? I got to enjoy the luxury of sleeping in until a whopping 8 am! Not exactly an early bird, huh? Oh well, better late than never, right?

In a rare outing with my wife, we caught 'Killers of the Flower Moon'—a marathon of a movie, clocking in at a staggering 3 hours and 26 minutes! Decent flick, but let's just say I won't be signing up for a repeat viewing. It tested my endurance alright, especially when my posterior started snoozing. 🍑💤 It's been ages since my wife and I had a night out, so it was a tad nerve-wracking, but hey, she kept the bitter comments to a minimum.

After the movie, we treated ourselves to a scrumptious meal: avocado spring rolls and a burger with rice pilaf. No buns for me, just the pure flavor explosion! 🥑🍔 Wishing everyone a blessed and safe weekend ahead. And tomorrow? Brace yourselves for Deadlift Extravaganza! Time to conquer those weights, folks! 💪🎉

I'm still tracking your meals lol. I was motivated enough to cook dinner for the family so that it met my "new" standards. Did red trout on the bbq with foil boats and a nice olive oil/garlic/spices sauce, Mediterranean rice from a box, and oven baked broccoli (pre tossed with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, pepper, etc) came out nice and crispy at the ends..
Why do I feel hungry 1-2 hrs after a eat a large dinner like this? Is it the lack of carbs or something, my fasted cardio is a challenge in the morning now cuz I feel real hungry.

Never cook in foil brother. It infuses aluminum into your food which is neuro-toxic. Combine that with the polysorbate-80 found in many other "foods" and it crosses the blood-brain barrier causing conditions such as Alzheimers.

Nice, I'm still experimenting with dinner. I'm not a great cook so my wife took over tonight and made an awesome chicken, jasmine rice, tomato, green pepper, jalapeño, onion dish. Finished it with fresh cut pineapple for dessert.
