So, this morning, I woke up with a killer headache and allergies. Like a madman, I decided to go on a 3-mile walk. Then, I took on my arch-nemesis: biceps workout! But hold up, each workout becomes my new favorite, thanks to my amazing coach Fletcher. He's the man! Not only does he spill all the details and explanations, but he's also an absolute champ. Happy Sunday

Today has been a pretty relaxing day, and instead of going to the gym, I opted to see a movie. I truly enjoyed seeing the creator.

I really want to start going to church services, but finding a location to go and going alone is always difficult.

I worked on the bag at home today and finished with some core exercises. I can hardly move but am enjoying learning my new regimen. I can't wait until tomorrow.

I'm just going to relax until Dallas comes on. I'm hoping they defeat the 49ers.

Oh, and I had to return my VW to get the a/c compressor replaced. Fortunately, it won't cost me anything, and as a loaner, I got to drive around in a 2023 Audi Q5.
 
Monday greetings. I awoke this morning wondering why my a/c wasn't running and realized it was freezing outside. lol

I'm used to the noise of the fans and forgot to turn on my personal fan.

I went for an hour-long stroll this morning and then went to pick up my car after school.

Today's focus was on the chest, and I started out irritated but finished strong. At the gym, I despise entitled people. I wanted to match their zeal and tell them to fuck off, but instead I smiled and went away.

My diet has been the same. Morning smoothie then a meat rice and beans for lunch and dinner and Ill finish off with another smoothie. Im going through 4-6 raw eggs a day. Sometimes I break one in rice before my workout.

There are no complaints here. Thank you very much. I did the calculation in my brain, and it seemed about right, with around 800mg left over. I'm terrible at doing numbers in my brain, though. Either way.... Blessed!!! 🙏

Today's workout and routine were both fantastic. I've never done anything like this before. I did shoulders, and my shoulders hurt now lol. I felt muscles I didn't realize I possessed, and my shoulders felt like they were about to split open. I can't wait until tomorrow.

I ate the same thing I did yesterday.
Fruit smoothie for breakfast.
At school, I had beans, rice, and beef with no flavor or spices on the side.
I'm making chicken and vegetables for dinner right now.

I'm currently forcing myself to sleep for 7.5-8.5 hours. I aim to get to bed by 8 p.m. and have reduced my caffeine consumption to only green tea.
Every day, I get up at 4:30 a.m. to pray and study before going for a walk.


I must admit that not having companionship is lonely, but it allows me to focus on.... MEEEEEE!
I'm delighted to be here and hope to make some lifetime friends.

My children are 17 and 18, and they live about 30 minutes away. Both in high school and college, as well as working full-time. I had to bribe them in order to see them. I'm no longer the cool dad lol.

How much ground beef do you eat at a time ? I’ve been eating about a lb a night but feel a little bloated from it
Roughly half a pound. Not always less. Every time, I pack mine with beans and black-eyed peas and boil an egg to go with the rice. I consume roughly 6–8 eggs daily. primarily uncooked. I detest feeling bloated. I ate more despite making smaller quantities.

Good evening, everyone! I've just wrapped up Day 3 of my fitness journey, and I wanted to share the details with all of you.
Although I woke up a little late, I still managed to squeeze in an hour-long walk, albeit at a slower pace. Despite that, I covered a total of 3 miles. Later in the day, I worked on my heavy bag techniques and gave my abs a challenging workout. Let me tell you, they're feeling completely fried!

On a different note, I stumbled upon a fantastic deal at my local grocery store: romp roast for just $2.99 per pound. Naturally, I snagged four cuts to grill into delicious steaks. Tomorrow, I've planned a well-deserved rest day for myself. I hope each and every one of you is doing great too! Please feel free to join me on this exciting journey and share your thoughts. Happy Saturday ASF FAM!
Today was an intense workout, and yesterday was a recovery day. I'm a huge deadlift fan. Today at the gym, I consumed an entire gallon by myself. I often have a 128 oz tumbler with me.
I went to Costco and Sam's Club, got a membership, and stocked up on frozen fruit for my smoothies, eggs, and turkey. I enjoy my morning smoothie before going to bed because I eat so blandly otherwise.

Day 6 complete!!!!!
Sundays are my favorite day of the week. I went to the gym and watched football. I concentrated on my triceps, abs, and light heavy-bag work.

I played Red Dead Redemption 2 till I passed out, and now that I'm up and hungry.

Apart from my morning and evening smoothies and a pot of ground beef with rice, veggies, and beans that will last me 3–4 days, my food has been incredibly boring today.
