My Next Cycle

Hi guys, I am a new member here but have lurked and read threads for a while.

I have done 5 aas cycles in the past 10 years. My last cycle was mid last year and consisted of test e and tren e at 250mg and 200mg respectively, split into 2 administrations, Mondays and Thursdays. Followed by 4 week PCT of clomid and nolvadex.

My next cycle to start in March. Aim of cycle is to gain lean muscle and lose body fat.

My stats, 44yo, in good shape and health, 173cm, 78kgs, 15% bf.

Would really appreciate anyone with expertise and experience to go over my next cycle and give advice on any changes.

500mg to crashing your system with taking anavar at the end will be fun for you.
What’s your free testosterone SHBG levels before taking gear ?

I dont like that you stopped the Test at week 12, run it the full 15 weeks with the cycle.

I would personally run HCG during the cycle if you plan to run it.

2 weeks after last shot PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 50/50/25/25

I’ve never used Cardarine but from what I’m reading cycles are usually 8-12 weeks.

I’m not a fan of all these pills for a cycle.

Agree with above... Too many pills. I would keep the Anavar and maybe the Proviron if you are not prone to MPB.

One piece of advice, you used tren in your last cycle. I see zero reason for anyone over 40 to use Tren. Way too risky. Use NPP instead or even DHB.

My most recent test came back with good levels, free test 10.1 ng/dl and total test 669 ng/dl. SHBG came back at 30 nmol/L.

Would you advise running test lower for the cycle? 300-400mg?

I must admit, it is a lot of pills. This cycle isn’t final, that’s why I came on here to ask for advice and I appreciate you giving some pointers.

Thanks for the advice. I definitely won’t take tren again that’s for sure.

What if I took the cardarine on training days only (4-5 days a week)? Or just drop it from this cycle and use on a sarms bridging cycle with rad 140?

Why not add another oil rather than so many pills? Deca, npp, sten all good ones to consider

I considered another oil but got carried away with the thought of combining var, prov and cardarine with test.

I will definitely revisit the adding of another oil. I’m thinking of removing cardarine from the cycle and leaving it for a bridging cycle later on.

What do you think of adding test p from week 1-4 for a kick start. Or too much messing around?

At this stage I’m thinking to drop the cardarine from the cycle and just do test e, prov and var.

imo its not terrible but i do not understand the stopping test and finishing var,i believe i may know who likes things like that,anyways proviron is relatively safe,but var for 8 weeks may see some issues .

I agree that 8 weeks var is a bit much, especially if test will be 500mg a week.

What do you reckon if I reduced var cycle time to 6 weeks and increased dosage to 60mg daily?
