I’m heading down to the race track today for diesel truck nationals. Ganna be fuckin funnnnn. I’m heading out for it in an hour. Got my saddle bags packed up with drinks and some snacks. There will be food there off the grill from my company all day. I’ll be there until about 6-7pm tonight .

Swapped out one of my rest days this week for Friday. I got blood work on Saturday and don’t wanna fuck the numbers up. @Nood I chose to stay with my current blood work. The panel you have doesn’t test igf1, id like to see where mine is at now since it was on the lower side last time I tested.

May or may not be getting a hernia. Not rlly sure. I got a small buldge down around my groin that is viable and and can also feel it , And then it goes away lol so idk wtf goin on with that. What ever it is is playing peekaboo. Last night it woke me up in my sleep it was pretty uncomfortable. This morning it was gone. Then came back during my leg raises. 🤷‍♂️ I’ll just be keeping an eye on it. It’s about an 1 1/2 above my pecker. Maybe I’m growing a 3rd nut

Decided to stay away from hanging leg raises for now since that puts a ton of stress on the groin area. I’ll see how I feel for leg day tomorrow but may be dropping the weight a little to keep the stress off my groin. I’m hoping resting it a little will close the tear up. Like I said yesterday I’ve had these pop up before and go away but this one seems to be a little different. Fingers crossed

Woke up for the gym and went there this morning only to realise today is a rest day because of my lab work tomorrow 😂 so I drove back home and slept for another 2 hours

My body is like a fucking machine right now,it’s still burning fat with the increased calories . The skin on my belly in the last week has gotten really thin! I’m hungry as a horse too. Fuckin primed and ready! Let’s gooooo

Got some of my blood work back already. Shits looking good so far. My liver enzymes are JUST above range. Like by 6-10points. Not worried about that at all. It’s probably got to do with what ever is going on with my groin. Still waiting on a lot to come back but what I have so far looks great

Well, I have tried shipping meat across country before. It didn't go well. LOL BUT, you never know, I make some pretty incredible smoked deer jerkey. It ships well. But I promised coach first dibs on the new batches once I harvest a few deer. 😁
