Wednesday was leg day, Thursday was rest and digest day. Gains are holding steady but I need to clean my diet and lean out soon to fix some bloodwork stuff.

Yesterday was the last push day of this current growth phase! It was one of my best ones yet as I achieved a PR I wanted badly. I hit 405 for 5 on bench press. The final days of the bulk are among us.

Had to do a quick workout for my pull session this week. Just because it was quick doesn't mean it lacked intensity. Squeezing out as many gains as possible. I am so glad to start my cut as I am starting to dislike the amount of body fat on my physique. It is making me self-conscious about the way I look, so I am glad to get a lot of this fluff off of me.
