My current eating habits any suggestions

2-4 Boiled eggs in the morning about 4 tbsp of greek yogurt

Chicken sandwich from some food joint like a whataburger, chik fila, ect. Id have the fries with that too good stuff.

If I dont get that I may eat a sandwich but basically im trying to eat atleast 800 calories my second meal. The more the better but minimum 800.

Third meal of the day, chicken. I dont like carbs much besides potatoes. So I just eat the chicken. I prefer chicken wings cause I can eat those up.

Night time Im sneaking in a full bagel or two.

4 am I wake up and eat like 4 tbsp of peanut butter

Thats just what I got right now, I got a very small appetite. Ive tried liquid calories but honestly thats so hard to maintain. I was drinking 2k calorie shakes with protein powder everyday and I gained to 140 lbs.

Im 24 male, 5’3, 125lbs. 8% bodyfat. Everything else is basically muscle I train pretty hard and lift 6x a week.

My max 1 rep lifts right now:
295 deadlift (2.5x body)

205 bench (1.51x body)

Squat 245 (1.88x body)
