My before and afters.

I am a 35 year old male. I have been lurking in these forums for about 6 months now. I started my fitness journey in March at a starting weight of 228 pounds. I am 5'9 and I was in pretty rough shape. I started with 250mg testosterone for about 8 weeks. Then went down to 150 for about 4 weeks and now I've been doing about 375mg for the past few weeks. I have been on retatrutide the whole time and am at 6mg weekly now. I train 5 days a week with heavy lifting hitting all muscle groups different days. I changed my diet to protein shakes, fish, chicken, and veggies. No more sugary sodas. Just diet sodas every now and then. I have lost almost 40 pounds. Would my physique hit the next level once I start Anavar 50mg for 12 weeks? I have some on the way and plan on doing 400mg test and 50mg anavar. What do yall think of my progress?

Great progress, keep it up man! I'll leave the real advice to the people here who know way more than I do, but I'll tell you I fully believe you can build a really amazing physique with minimal sides using just Test/HCG/HGH/Reta. How you tried adding HGH yet?
I have HCG as well I forgot to mention that. I was thinking about getting some HGH cuz I found a place that does 1028 IU for 660 bucks shipped.

No.

Congrats on the weight loss but your focus needs to remain on nutrition and training. You mentioned a few protein sources but no carbs or fat. I'd be curious what your macros are. At your body fat % it's all about diet and not more drugs.

I dont really know much about carbs or macros. I just eat a bunch of rice veggies and beans.
 
Then you aren't going to get much out of steroids to be honest. You need to know how much you are eating, and I have a feeling you aren't eating enough which you will stall out

I will start tracking my food more. I get enough protein for sure. I just dont track my other nutrients as much as I do my protein

Get the Cronometer app (it's like $40/yr and worth every penny) and start tracking all your intake, the app makes it incredibly easy. Like MK said your macros are probably way off from where you think they are, I know mine were before I started tracking several years ago. It's eye opening, truly.

I’d just stick w the test and Reta . I’d save the Anavar for when you’re leaner, I think you’ll get much more of a cosmetic benefit at a lower body fat

How is your estradiol while ok that much test and HCG ?

Pretty high but I have no high Esteogen symptoms. I pin 3x a week.

You really need to put the effort into learning nutrition first and foremost. It's the critical component for every aspect of what you're after man. Get an app like Cronometer(worth every penny for the paid version) for tracking, has great visuals for learning the macros/micros of all the foods you're conusming and you can set the values you need for your goals. Watch as many videos on youtube as you can from guys discussing and breaking down nutrition. Learn the caloric make up for carbs, fats, proteins. Get your LBM figured out and plan out a diet to help you either grow or cut down more. If need be, you can easily invest in a good coach to help you get the foundation set. Many good guys around here! Awesome progress so far but if you want it to go to the next level you've gotta dive into the nutrition side and mastering that!
