Vitamin list i feel is non negotiable for someone on cycle....

Liver -
Tudca, NAC, Milk Thistle (at least 2 of these)

Kidney -
Astragulas Root

Heart -
CoQ10

Cholesterol -
Red Yeast Rice

Immune Defense -
Vitamin C (no more than 2,000mg)

Joint Health -
Fish Oil

If there are ones you see me not list that you think are non negotiable please jump in and help spread some health knowledge

For those who use Red Yeast Rice and take prescription medication. Make sure to check and see if its ok to take together. Main ingredient of RYR is Monacolin K is chemically identical to the prescription statin drug lovastatin.

I got ya, I never heard that but to each his own, I heard of not taking stuff like aromasin ,Caber or metformin things like that, but the no vitamins unless blood work says is a new take.
20 years ago I was taking $100's of dollars of vitamins. You name it I took it during cycles. Out of curiosity I did my blood work on the vitamins and off and the numbers were almost identical. I stopped using them.

It's the same reasoning. You don't take something for the sake of it unless needed.
My coach was big on vitamins just stuck with me, I feel like I can tell a difference definitely with taking them or without taking them. I know your reputable and you coach people also and everyone has there own formula.

Last time someone put up a list like this they had nattokinase on it. It definitely lowers my blood pressure a bit. So that’s one to consider adding.

As far as the blood work thing?

I take vitamins prophylactically. Like a protection before hand.

Sorta like, I take NAC so I don’t get a liver issue. Not until I get a liver issue.

That’s just my weird brain

If you are using orals or something harsh, I could certainly understand that line of thinking. However, if your liver values including GGT while using TRT, cruising or cycling with only injectable are not elevated than there is no need for the supplement.

People can take whatever they want for prevention, but a lot of people are trying to prevent things that under personal circumstances aren't needed. That's all. :)

Here’s what I take daily currently and it’s not too far off from what I do year round:

MultiVitamin/Mineral

Magnesium Glycinate 1,200mg

N-Acetyl Tyrosine 400mg

Taurine 4,000mg

B12 & Folate (currently on mitochondria peptides, otherwise I do not take this)

Ubiquinol 400mg (same as above)

Selenium 200mcg (same as above)

TUDCA 1,000mg

NAC 6g EOD

Glycine 5g

Glutamine 20g

Creatine 10g

Astragaloside IV 50mg

Astragalus Extract 6 grams

Melatonin 50mg

Supplements make everything work better for me, so I take them. They make a huge difference. I don’t agree with the idea that we should wait for our bloodwork to go to shit before we address it with supplements. I take Astragaloside IV and Astragulus to help prevent kidney disease. I’m not going to wait for my kidney markers to start going down before using it. The idea is to prevent damage before it can occur.

Noted, and I agree with you 100% my coach wouldn't let anyone on the team take anything unless they had the vitamins he had on there protocol. He got some serious athletes on the squad too.
I think that's the more common approach, today was the first time I ever heard of bloods indicating vitamin use.

🎯🎯

Ubiquinal - better than CoQ10, especially as an older gentleman. On low dose statin which is the only reason why I use it
Vitamin D due to historical issues with low BW results
Fish oil
Magnesium before bed for sleep
Zinc before bed - sleep and bigger loads.

anything else is BW dependent

Yeah. I don’t have health insurance so prevention is the best medicine for me.

As far as I know, if you do take something and it isn’t needed, your body will just piss it out.

Big believer in the antioxidants. Mopping up free radicals from oxidative stress.

I think we all agree supplements such as CoQ10, fish oil, Vid D/K2, Magnesium, etc are great for overall health. I think it's the "non-negotiable" supplements needed when on cycle that is cause of the divide in how we approach things.

Some prefer more caution with prevention on sides that may or may not arise and some that will react if there is an issue arising via physical/mental sides or bloodwork changing.

All subjective and risk tolerance.

yeah fair. after I posted I realized I was a little off topic of what was asked.

I take a fair amount of supps that have a decent amount of studies showing they may have benifits long term.
I don't take any for a shorter term issues i am generating myself unless i see a need.
Long ago i found out that micro managing my body usually didn't get the results i was looking for.

Why do you use the serrapeptase? Inflammation? Is it worth it??

I don't know about on cycle as I'm just on test/hcg/hgh/reta, but here's what I take and have for years as an adventure sports athlete

Mornings:
Basic multivitamin
Fish oil
Glucosamine
Creatine

Evenings:
Magnesium biglycinate
Melatonin

I've tried other things here and there but didn't notice much of a difference so I figured no sense in straining the liver and kidneys if it wasn't doing anything. Especially now that I'm getting regular blood work and it's been looking really solid.

Better blood flow, combined with nattokinase it helps circulation and can apparently break down plaque.

Thanks bro. I already take nattokinase at night. Seems these two compliment each other.

I’m going to pick some up and add to my nighttime routine.

I take this year round. Not sure if it helps or not but it’s nice having a bit of a safety blanket.

1200 mg NAC
1000mg citrus bergamot
1200mg magnesium
CoQ10
Vitamin D3 5000 iu
Telmisartan 20mg (if going heavier on gear up to 40mg)
Ezetimibe 10mg (only when on cycle)

Again not sure if most of those are doing much of anything but bloodwork has been good the past couple years.

Preventative measures are the best way in my opinion my friend

Yeah I don’t buy the cheap shit either. This is what I’ve spent at VitaminShoppe in the last year. Albeit I haven’t used all of these and some things I give away.

On gear and peptides (including HGH), I probably spend 2-3x as much.
