Mrs. Elit3Swagg's Semaglutide Journey

How's it going everyone! My wife has been on a weight loss journey and has done well over the course of the last 6 months, as time has gone on she has started to plateau thus demotivating her a bit. After some research we decided to give Semaglutide a try, the first vendor I thought of was UncleZ - Just for the sheer fact I can trust it and he has been a constant in this industry for many years.

With that said, this log will feature weekly updates with pictures, her feelings while on it and progress made. As you know from my previous logs my biggest goal in this industry is information. If anyone reading or following along takes a single nugget home that they can use in their journeys then this log was a success.

If there are any questions at all please ask!

First Injection was 11/29/23 - Photos and weight taken this morning.

Protocol:
Week 1-2 - 0.25 mg
Week 3-6 - 0.50 mg
Week 7-10 - 1.0 mg

As we go along, some adjustments may be made depending on side effects, wellness and progress made.

She works out (now) at least 3 days a week with weights - Very minimal cardio.

Current: 144.1 - Goal: >128

Stats:
Age - Over 35 under 40
Starting Weight 11/30/23 - 144.1 Lbs
Height - 5'3

Lets go!

nice my wifes down 30 lbs on sema. I just switched her over to tirz +mid week sema dose.
she started august.

On your dosage schedule, if she still feels full on .25 sema do not increase. Wait for her to not feel anything then up the dose.
Although some people can be low responsive and dont get any fullness until 1.0 or higher.

I responded to .25 and still do many months later. My wife need to be on 1.5 or more to get results.

Ahh that's great to know, for sure. Even though its only day 1 she does feel not as hungry as usual. Looking forward to her getting further along.

I also recommend her stay from salads and fats until she gets used to it.
fats tend to increase sides like gassiness, sulfur burp and a few others.
Vegetables can be slow to digest, this medication already slows down your digestion, so it can become VERY uncomfortable quickly to still be burping up vegetables you ate the morning before the next day.
if they are cooked vegetables good to go, its the raw ones that can really make you feel uncomfortable.

This is great brother.
Firstly, let me thank you for your faith and confidence in uncle Z.
Secondly, thanks to Mrs. Elit3Swqgg for her willingness to lets us be part of this journey. I’m all in and excited to watch her progress.

This is fantastic, good luck, press forward hard as heck and make things happen.. The whole community is cheering in rooting for you.. 🙌👏

Thanks for the response! She's excited, already seeing a change in her appetite, she's just not hungry but forcing some low fat proteins down, fruits ect.. Seeing a little bit of nausea also.

Will do. Next update coming this week. Going to keep taking pictures each week.

So far appitite is much better. Even when she is hungry she doesn't eat much and is full for much longer.

Good stuff! She got 3 workouts in this past week even with the fatigue.

oh thats right sema can make you feel pretty fatigued. some people get over it and some people dont. ymmv.
most seem to get over it in time, or get used to dealing with it.

Also would be helpful if there was a post cycle follow up. Curious if any fat loss is easily maintained after stopping dosage of semaglutide.

Good for her! good luck on her journey, My wife had good results on saxenda untill it started making her sick daily so she stopped and started doing alternate day fasting, she actually just started the Saxenda again Monday at a low dose to help control the hunger.

Im curious about your semaglutide is it a daily injection like the saxenda or once a week like the Olympic? Most of the alternate sellers name the product Semaglutide and I'm not sure if it is just a universal name or if its supposed to be copying a certain brand or if any of them have differences at all,

semaglutide is ozempic. it is 1 time a week.

semaglutide is the generic name for ozempic.

yea its better then saxenda, and tirzepatide is better then semaglutide if your wife doesnt do well on sema.
some people just cant tolerate semas sides, but its super cheap.

Update # 1 12-7-23

1 week in the books! and its been going very well. her appetite is definitely changing, she doesn't feel very hungry nor is she really "craving" any foods, she doesn't feel without, she just doesn't want it. We have been forcing nutrient dense meals when she can eat just to keep the essentials up, higher protein meals or a shake, fruits and eggs when possible.

She is tired more, and bouts of nausea come and go, but nothing debilitating.

Current Weight : 140.3 (-4.2LBS)

I know this will slow a bit after this week, as once you remove so much food water weight is the first to go.

Lets keep pushing! Thank you for all the support.

Keep it up!! My wife is about 5 months into it, we stayed at or below 1mg a week for the longest time. If it works keep running same dose until she feels hunger creeping in, then up it.
