She's 4.5 weeks out and 146lbs. Getting a high carb day Thursday going into Friday's ham and glutes. Shit I just realized I didn't update. After the show ir got super busy. She got 3-3rds and a 4th. We wont talk about figure lol.

The week after she had a biopsy and she's had a hysterectomy and got her boobs done. She was just cleared for light cardio this week. She's off of everything but a little GH at the moment. Once she's cleared She's going hard and trying again next year.
