Micro dosing Reta?

SB Labs
I had to titrate up because those food noises and urges started to slowly creep in again when i had nothing for so many months LOL But Im working on getting some higher dosed Reta and see if I can go back down to 2.5 again. We'll see... I'll keep ya posted.

Appreciate it! Any feedback is always welcomed. Other than food noise did you notice any lessening of benefits? Or was it just the cravings coming back?

That was it, energy was the same, stamina was the same, no crashes, glucose / BP all normal and steady.
I gained 2-3 lbs over the holidays but what I gained is gone now

Can't believe everything an "influencer" says on a podcast.

You mind if I ask what you’re sitting at BF wise? Another forum the people advocating for higher dosages usually had been on the fatter side and the leaner dudes were the ones usually suggesting lower so I’m curious if it seems to be more of the “leaner needs less” or if it’s really “everyone is super individual an some just respond well”

Well yeah that makes sense most lean guys already have good control over their diet and fat guys don’t.

True, but I’m more talking about them feeling like the pound just melt away versus fatter dudes who had to take higher dosage in the pound still melted even with having their food noise and appetite suppressed if that makes sense

yup always a good idea to start low. I started at .5mg and was probably like 25-30% body fat, I'm into my 6th week and I'm still at the same dose and feeling the same appetite suppression. I can hit my calories but I could also go without eating. Down 12lbs too so can't complain. Lost over 30lbs before implementing it but was still doing weekly cheat days, since using it I've had one cheat day and that was my birthday.

I just started it yesterday for the insulin sensitivity and glucose control (also for the inflammation benefits too).

Did an RMR test this morning and will do another one in 8-12 weeks to see how Reta impacts the metabolism since it apparently also increase metabolism.

A few friends all started at .5 and saw some quick results but worked up to 1.5mg-2mg for constant appetite suppression.
