Ninja Works the best, turns it into straight gravy haha. Once shake is 250g ground beef, 250-350 white rice. 5 grinds off of the Himalayan sea salt grinder. Isn’t it pretty simple to make and gulp a 1000 calorie shake? Oats, protein, pb, whole milk, banana… wondering how many extra calories you need? A lot of mass gainers are made of trash carbs.

Right now I'm drinking 1,000g ground beef, 1,500g white rice a day. One meal with a fork. God is good!

None of my friends can do it. It took me a little while to get used to but bro I'm telling you once you get a taste for it it's actually pretty good.

It does have few grams of carbs.it does taste great .I add oats and other things..more of a meal replacement shake than mass gainer..been tough getting food down in this heat..I eat fruit all day lately
