Yeah it is - I have 50lbs of myprotein waxy maize and dextrose too (only the EU Site had dextrose at the time . It was literally like $100 when they had a close out special . I just like to control my exact post workout shakes (pre or intra too)
Cluster Dextrin is the hbcd that’s Is proven (I think a pharmaceutical company in Japan or Asia owns it (so beware of fakes) some have fructose and other cheap carbs mixed in with 1 gram hdcd and they call it “Proprietary Blend”
I’ve made that mistake w magnesium and other Supps.

For sure ! My supp regimen has taken over a decade to get to where it’s at and has constants but changes are always happening due to aging and new applications. I spend more time on the subject than most scientists (plus I actually use and apply them) . OTW btw .

Some sickness ! My lord i was hella sore but I just picked up where I left off. My nutrition is getting super detailed and I’d like to share it but it seems boring so I’ll just post pics . I will do small articles on my new macro tricks using high fats and only fiber carb treats. Protein is not a problem, getting high quality whole proteins has been plentiful. I saw a few supps I want to pick up here , got me hyped a bit. Making my Steel Cut oat Yogurt/kefir bowls made each night w 50-60g protein , fresh berries and added granola or bananas . So easy and no cooking, just grab abs eat ! Gonna hit some all time heavy poundages this year ! Let’s go ! HUMP DAY!

Moving forward with weight and strength. Loving this training format and the extra work on my core is making a big difference with my muscles. Slow training with a lot of prepping and mapping out my time has helped out a lot. I am just starting to get to the point that I feel comfortable moving at this slower pace. It is hard for me not to do more cardio and watch my body fat rise but it is still low. I will post of pics of my progression soon. Have an awesome weekend .

My lord Bullseye ! I’ll head over in a minute and read . I cannot believe the “luck” that has been bestowed upon you. Must be some type of “Job” style thing .. maybe …you never know. I haven’t seen or read anything but, I’m already hoping your trials of surgeries, accidents, pain and turmoil are over and that whomever you believe in, allows you to overcome and thrive. I have had my battles with Mega Sports fractures and other injuries that I thought were “life ending” as far as bodybuilding….but they were not, and in some cases helped me progress amazingly.

Rest 5min (needed hand hooks) Abs
4sets of 15-25 reps each:
  • Hanging toe-touches(leg lifts)
  • Hanging serratus crunch 2sets per side
  • Regular crunches slight decline 100 reps

Did a Super Drop set for the first time in over a year. Holy balls Batman. I was pumped to the point I had no cut left…just ballooned arms! Lol. I get that way with legs…I’ll get such a pump that I cannot even see any separation really. Just big logs. Later in the day or next morning, I’m always surprised in the shower seeing the separation when the water & blood is gone and the shine from the water. Its not fun for me to post pics but, I must. I Cannot always be cut up and in perfect shape, so I want people to see that I too put on extra fat and water weight. It is essential for me to gain 20-35+lbs over my target competition weight.

Tip**- “I highly recommend having all your vitamin/supp click boxes, shakers, cold paks, meals prepped, etc. for your 40-60hr per week job site/workplace/gym.” It’s been a life-saver for me. It has also inspired a lot of people around me to start doing the same. They see you and want to get their own butts moving. Plus, it gives them(girls at gym/co-workers/strangers) a reason to talk or flirt with you… or ask you out! {if your single}. It opens the door just enough….to a remark, a conversation, or to them giving you a lingered stare…which is more rare these days(female to male)but, is very needed indeed!!.

Made some Gluten Free Chicken Salad Avocado on new Baguette made at bakery. Used the leftover meat on 2 whole chickens and it tastes unbelievable! A bit higher fat but, it looks simple but truly was the best Chix Salad Sandwich I’ve had in a while

Been remodeling away, finishing this place up. Can’t wait till it’s over but am having fun watching my place totally look like a million buck inside. Been busting ass but had to drop to 3 days a week this past week. My calories are going up and weight, I feel ready to blast off and add in some “time to grow” supps, ! Had lots of good food and good training but, this house needs to get finished while I have the free help. I’ve had to fly to Hawaii and the East Coast for just a day or two and that completely sucked! I’m sick of shitty plane service , although I will say : American Airlines and JAL are two very nice companies! Delta has to pay my fam $8,000 for lost luggage (and they actually paid em) they are the worst! Southwest and Delta are needed but I hate em! Lol. Omg you would have died if you saw the flight attendant I had …holy shit! She sat down with me and everything (I know they are nice but this one, she was older ; about 34 years old, big ole titties/eyes/lips !! Gawd I wanted to bang her sideways ! I told her I did too !! She was all about it . Bitch kept on flirting Baad, of course I have her number (slut). She actually lives by someone I know well, so I’ll be all over it when I’m in the ATL!

Had some killer Chicago Beef & Hot Peppers, (carbs on the side). I started using the MuscleFeast line of Whey Isolate, Hydro Whey, Dextrose , and HBCD’s. I use NowSports Essential 9 EEA’s(pwo) and Creatine w Whey/Carbs post…sometimes I sip on a the carbs intra workout depending on blood sugar . My cycle is gonna start soon as I have just been on one CC Of EQ & Deca, kinda cruise style.
I will be using : (May stop EQ and use 400mg Primo to cycle

(READ as this is a question ): Long peptides(cjc w/dac,peg-mgf,igf-1 Lr3) I haven’t got the protocol down until I get more input due to (using or not using slin due to the inclusion of igf-1 lr3). I don’t know how much impact the lr3 will have using 10iu rHGH IM post training. If the igf1 LR3 isn’t enough to lower my B/G level to 88-93; I’ll need to use slin. Any advice from a past user of high gh IM along with Igf-1 LR3 would appreciated . The other two(cjc1295, PEG-MGF) I’ll be using on non gh days. (Pic below) ?

Just gotta boost those kcals and watch myself close as to not over train(lol). Saw some pretty talented females singing last night and it was really cool. Whether fitness or singing or playing sports…girls with “that thang” just are so attractive! It’s a trip being single now..it’s hard to stay single too. So many girls to guys here that it’s almost unfair! ha! Had some great salmon bowls and bison Patties w sweet potato hash/eggs ! So delicious. Headed out to train

So this is what I came up with as far as timing-dosage for peptide/gh hormones :
Peg-Mgf 500mcg on rest days(raising igf-1 during down time ) **2 off days

Igf-LR3 75-150mcg post gh shot post workout 5 days a week**, see how it goes with B/G
