CAJUN BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES
•. 1/2 tsp sea salt or kosher
- 2 large sweet potatoes (scrubbed clean // organic when possible)
- 2 Tbsp olive, avocado, or melted coconut oil
Instructions
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder or granulated
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano{greek/Mexican}
- 1 tsp dried thyme*
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper*{I double that)
- 1 Tbsp sugar of choice (optional *(coconut + raw cane are best)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Or Air Fry @ 400 degrees
- Leave the skin on and cut sweet potatoes into thin, even match sticks with a very sharp knife.
- Transfer to two baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil. Then sprinkle with seasonings, sugar and toss.
- Transfer fries to 1 large or 2 baking sheets (or more if making a larger batch) and arrange in a single layer to ensure they crisp up.
- Bake for 15 minutes and flip/stir to cook on the other side. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until brown and crispy. You’ll know they’re done when the edges are dark brown and crispy.(Airfyer 10min , shake , 8 min )
- Remove from oven and either serve as is or drizzle with a bit of maple syrup (or honey if not vegan) to offset spiciness.
- Serve plain or with your favorite dip
These are so good! Especially with a good Aioli !! Super good for you and a lot better than plain baked. I personally soak them in water w a splash of vinegar for 30min to 1 day; dry thoroughly with paper towels{bone dry; then toss with some avocado or olive oil; add spice mix. Delish-ous !!
So goood! I am getting really good at making meals out of the Airfryer ! I do have 4 now considering my new microwave has the option and my lower oven has a great Convection option.

I use avocado oil alot..we have a fried food culture down here,I rarely eat it..For sure ! I LUV fried foods but never eat them , so it’s kinda nice . I use the (non-propellant) avocado oil spray and it crisps up the item good! I made bacon wrapped filet mignon in the air fryer and it was perfect Med-Rare

Anyways tonight bacon wrapped shrimp & steak on the grill,I will prob do sweet potato for me and baked potatoes for the fam + fresh green beans sauté garlic & onion![]()
When the entertainment room is done …I’ll be super happy ! Got a theater recliner (like the AMC kind) for the room ! Might need to add a pole & hook.

So this is my Winter Plan(first 8 weeks) and I am excited to start my Blast! Feeling very healthy and am healthy and already fit to start. This is for the first 8 weeks at minimum before changing anything as far as exercise protocol (I’ll need to add test if my E2 gets low which it will). I will be introducing other new and needed compounds ie. (AAS/SARM/PEPTIDES/TABS/PARTITIONING AGENTS/BLENDS) throughout winter plus PWO’s. I have so many great new cooking & prepping appliances, accessories, and knowledge. I have MD managed health care along the way which is important to me. Nothing is getting in my way and I feel that I will progress upwardly in multiple areas of my life. My first goal is to Win Overall in my Class/Division! I am wishing everyone happy holidays and pray for all our past, present, and future members. Once the porn(food/ladies) starts…you’ll know “IT” kicked in. That reminds me; I need MT1 & 2![]()
