My girl always making stuff like that..stuffed peppers, stuff mushrooms ..

I had those with Thanksgiving dinner . I could eat them all day ! So good with the sausage & cheese all browned !

I guess a bit of both ! With a side of food porn ! . I did however do a little research for my blast for organ protection and to keep myself as healthy as possible. Looks like a few parts of milk thistle ARE effective during cycle :

Captisol silymarin (ligand pharmaceuticals developed) shows that it can reverse and prevent liver damage and (skin age spots in cream form) . Found some in phytosomal & liposomal(quicksilver scientific) form .

Im going to add quercitin, CoQ10, and reduced gluthianone to my normal regimen (some of which I already take). Hope all is well and I will be posting up some more about my workout and diet soon . Sorry about the inconsistency but it’s been hectic and I’m still remodeling but… it’s going quick ! When the entertainment room is done …I’ll be super happy ! Got a theater recliner (like the AMC kind) for the room ! Might need to add a pole & hook.

Bored of the regular Sweet Potatoes …?

CAJUN BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES
  • 2 large sweet potatoes (scrubbed clean // organic when possible)
  • 2 Tbsp olive, avocado, or melted coconut oil
•. 1/2 tsp sea salt or kosher
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder or granulated
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano{greek/Mexican}
  • 1 tsp dried thyme*
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper*{I double that)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar of choice (optional *(coconut + raw cane are best)
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 C). Or Air Fry @ 400 degrees
  • Leave the skin on and cut sweet potatoes into thin, even match sticks with a very sharp knife.
  • Transfer to two baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil. Then sprinkle with seasonings, sugar and toss.
  • Transfer fries to 1 large or 2 baking sheets (or more if making a larger batch) and arrange in a single layer to ensure they crisp up.

  • Bake for 15 minutes and flip/stir to cook on the other side. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until brown and crispy. You’ll know they’re done when the edges are dark brown and crispy.(Airfyer 10min , shake , 8 min )
  • Remove from oven and either serve as is or drizzle with a bit of maple syrup (or honey if not vegan) to offset spiciness.
  • Serve plain or with your favorite dip

These are so good! Especially with a good Aioli !! Super good for you and a lot better than plain baked. I personally soak them in water w a splash of vinegar for 30min to 1 day; dry thoroughly with paper towels{bone dry; then toss with some avocado or olive oil; add spice mix. Delish-ous !!

So goood! I am getting really good at making meals out of the Airfryer ! I do have 4 now considering my new microwave has the option and my lower oven has a great Convection option.

For sure ! I LUV fried foods but never eat them , so it’s kinda nice . I use the (non-propellant) avocado oil spray and it crisps up the item good! I made bacon wrapped filet mignon in the air fryer and it was perfect Med-Rare

Steak & Shrimp Sounds phenomenal right now ! I’m looking forward to a nice nap, lol. Had Meatballs last night with some greens and pasta ! Carbs are just delicious! my work meal was a huge container jasmine rice/feta/shrimp 12oz post cooked/herbs. I mix in some tzatziki sauce for more flavor !

Made some Kick Ass “Angus Sirloin Chili with Iron Skillet Fresh “off the cob” Corn Bread!
It was so good I felt like I was cheating bigtime(the corn was perfectly sweet!)

Bulking had started !
I am hitting the Big 6 (MaxSys Modified).
Have not started my supps besides my HRT .

Pondering my exact blast as we speak. There are a few peptide, sarm and slin supps that I’ve wanted to try. My bloodwork is great and I have a green light ; so time to Cyborg Up

I’m doing super clean but, adding lots of good fats, red & wild meats , eggs , and dairy . No F’n around . I am not gonna lean bulk because I get so much more muscle when going balls out .just hard to get used to looking “thick/ballon-ish”‘when it’s mostly water . I hate when my head looks like it gained a few lbs

So this is my Winter Plan(first 8 weeks) and I am excited to start my Blast! Feeling very healthy and am healthy and already fit to start. This is for the first 8 weeks at minimum before changing anything as far as exercise protocol (I’ll need to add test if my E2 gets low which it will). I will be introducing other new and needed compounds ie. (AAS/SARM/PEPTIDES/TABS/PARTITIONING AGENTS/BLENDS) throughout winter plus PWO’s. I have so many great new cooking & prepping appliances, accessories, and knowledge. I have MD managed health care along the way which is important to me. Nothing is getting in my way and I feel that I will progress upwardly in multiple areas of my life. My first goal is to Win Overall in my Class/Division! I am wishing everyone happy holidays and pray for all our past, present, and future members. Once the porn(food/ladies) starts…you’ll know “IT” kicked in. That reminds me; I need MT1 & 2 .
Remember, Reach at Least One Goal Daily!

Made Medium-Boiled eggs in the Air fryer 270 for 11 min . Have a nice big ass, skirt Steak marinating for the Grill . I’m hungry 24-7 so, need some big calories .

Air fryer hard boiled eggs, huh? Are they any easier to peel?

Yes! You put them right into the ice water for (like 6-10min), then tap em on the counter and peel under regular to cool “Running water” . They Just peel right off! After you do a few, it takes me about about a minute to peel a dozen . It’s the perfect trick because I used to avoid making the amount I needed due to it being a bitch! Now it’s easy AF !
