Good morning guys, just a general question and I wanted some feedback on it.

I'll be starting a cycle within a month and I feel like I'm not getting my calories throughout the day like I should. I'm training 4 - 5 times a week but I work long hours through out the week and I'm not able to eat like I should while at work. I'm in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down, and I'm a little afraid that if I grub like a beast it will go all to my belly because I don't have control of my stomach muscles. I'm doing a good job staying away from the junk but I'm not getting enough good quality meals. What are you thoughts on taking a mass gainer while on cycle to try and bulk up? Like I said, i'm good on training on rest, just not on diet. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for all your responses.

mass gainers are great, very easy way to get 500-1250cals in a liquid. look for a gainer that is mainly complex carbs and low on sugars. Alot of time i split up my weight gainer which is 4 scoops throughout the day so im not getting 70g of protein all at once and a tons of carbs and it makes it really easy to throw down a shake mid day and stay anabolic. Look back a bit and there is a thread about making your own weight gainer which you can add or delete things based on calories,carbs,fats etc, its an awesome thread. just make sure that when you are bulking still eat clean, train hard and let the gear do the rest. good luck bro.
 
dymatize makes a good one call elite mass..it has zero sugar all complex carbs and is around 600cals. iso mass extreme gainer is pretty much the same way. ON makes pro complex gainer, which i used for a long time and it tastes great and didnt make me bloated. MHP has up your mass which seems to get good reviews..probiotics, complex carbs, healthy fats. there are a ccouple good options as you can see. OR if you want you can get whey protein isolate in bulk and and oatmeal in bulk and add milk and peanut butter and make a great home made weight gain shake. ill try to find that other thread.
 
optimum nutrition's pro complex gainer...best in my opinion...high calorie/high carb/high protein and very low fat/sugar..
