im around 10,5% subq, last 2 weeks the first i was on 1750kcal/day with low carbs, then i switched to keto the last week and have been on 1350 kcal/day.
my morning weight during this keto week were 70,4kg morning, fully glyco depleted, flat, (im 1,70cm tall), im also on tren ace 200mg, winny 50mg, test p 140mg, mast 350mg, so the water is out for sure and this is my driest weight i think so.
training 5 times/week, 10k steps daily (350-400kcal from steps), so it shows my maintenance could be 2500-2600, but with the tren included, maybe 2700-2800.
so my deficit have been around 1300-1400kcal.
i wanna get back my carbs, and go back to around 2400-2600 kcals, so i continue recomping on these compounds, i also may start weight lifting 2 times per day, one heavy and later one pump workout, so my body keep burns extra cals and cut some more extra fat and gain some muscle aswell.
my goal is to stay dry, pumped and full of glyco the most of the time so i can keep that look 4-5 weeks more before i stop the tren and the winny and keep some test and mast for the summer while i find my maintenance until this time.
so my question is, should i go straight to 2400-2600 / up the kcals 150-200/week or / add 100g carbs the first 2 days, 2 days to bump to 200, then the rest on bump to 350 and stay there for a week and see how it goes? because i can go straight to 200 from day one, but curious is it better to add everyday little by little or just go faster to high kcals. also keep on mind im on tren, fully glyco depleted and the body gonna process the carbs differently than a natty? so what are ur thoughs?
