started clenbuterol, today is just second day at 20mcg. As it could not be directly from clen, i feel light-head and dizziness from a few days, and i checked my bp today, because 3-4 hours after my cardio i was cleaning my backyard and i get black-out, very intense and i went home to check my bp - systolic: 128
diastolic: 50
pulse: 75

the diastolic is very low and i feel symptoms bcs of that, i consume 6-7g of salt daily, i already drinked 4liters of water since morning, i spread my electrolites 3 times daily with every meal, so i took 1 dose of the electrolytes, kept hydrated and kept the salt in this moment. so what reason it could be? may be too much electrolytes/ need more salt maybe? the calorie deficit?
i wanna note i do cardio everyday 40-50m (250kcal). how can i up diastolic bp? in last case ill drop the clen, but was curious what could be the reason.
im on 350 test prop, 350 mast, tren a 100mg/w
tren added just last 2 weeks.
i take magnesium glycinate pre-bed aswell, coq10, omega 3, l glutathione injections every week

Clen is known to cause diastolic hypotension.

What’s your reasoning for adding it in the first place? There are much better thermogenic aids and much better energy boosters out there. Safer as well

Age (arteries lose elasticity over time), medications like BP medications (alpha blockers in particular), hypothyroidism, nutrient deficiencies and even erectile dysfunction stuff can all contribute. You can boost your salt intake and stay away from alcohol to try and see if it comes back up a bit but after that if it's still a problem you might want to go to see a doctor about your cardiovascular system. Technically it's called isolated diastolic hypotension. You can Google it to get a better idea of what's possible. Since you mentioned getting dizzy I'd probably go to the doctor anyway. I can't/won't tell you what to do. I'm not a doctor. Just my opinion. It might be the clen, like already stated, but why roll the dice?

im 25yrs, dont use any bp meds, dont drink alc.
i did free t3 test few days ago, mine is a bit under the low end, like 0,05 points, but its bcs of the dieting for sure. i did 2 months ago again, it was the high end. ill stop the electrolytes so, up the salt abit and will see how i feel 2-3 days, if its still bad ill drop clen, if its not normalising, ill visit doc
