I mix the vitamin c and b12 amps in one syringe...that makes 2mL of product. I then split it into 2 doses and use 1 per day IM.

You get 30 amps of each. So 60 amps total. If you mix 2 amps together you get what can be 2 servings.

If u use my method it's a 60 day supply.
