LATE TEENS AND EARLY TWENTIES

I started at around 25. Division one soccer player and was lean 155 pounds at 5'11. Lots of speed as a winger and stamina. After my soccer playing ended I wanted to put some weight on so I started more serious weight training. Two years later I put on 15 pounds of muscle still shredded.

My son is 17. He is 5'11 and 155 pounds just like I was. He is a premier league soccer player and is being recruited to play college in couple of years. He started weight training with me more focus on muscle mass about 6 months now. When he started he was 147. Goal is to get him to 170 at freshman year in college. He is already stronger than me.
