I used to love those campbells soup and stars on-the-go cups. I was grabbing some recently and realized I'm paying $2.70 for 60 calories. These things used to cost like $1.50.damn expensive for 270 calories
The oatmeal cups literally got me into oatmeal. Plus you drop 10 grams of mini chocolate morsels and some sugar free chocolate syrup in there you have an absolutely decadent treat that still won't blow your macros out of the water.....at least compared to a frosting muffin. It's great there are options like this though for people who are stupid busy and want something tasty yet macro friendly.
that variety pack is priced higher, if you get a 12 pack of one flavor, they are about $2 each.I'm sure they taste awesome, but damn expensive for 270 calories a pop!
Yea I've always seen them $2-$250. Except those dick fucks at Giant. Fucking dildos list them for $2.89.that variety pack is priced higher, if you get a 12 pack of one flavor, they are about $2 each.
Should be the disclaimer on sources listsDisclaimer: These are not for poor people.

That whole thing would be at least 3000 cals not to mention tons of sugar that would make your pancreas cringe!
Bring back memories of rich piana killing some Ben and Jerry’s !!That whole thing would be at least 3000 cals not to mention tons of sugar that would make your pancreas cringe!

incomplete amino acid profile. ig if youre adding milk to it that may cover the lysine. still not sure what else would be lacking. i never trust completing an incomplete protein so i never count anything but meat, dairy, and eggs. (i would count soy, but dont eat any, not gay)Explain?
