Hello board!
I ran an unholy amount of steroids in my teens as somewhat of a collateral for being a GH15 wizard... Wasn't healthy, wasn't smart, and after some injuries I called quits and cold turkeyed my way out of PEDs without any PCT (after about 3 years blasting, no cruising, non-stop...). Health came back eventually but a few years ago morning wood went away, then libido was bad, hair loss, body fat going up, weakness, mind got a bit foggier, you know the drill. Always ran bloods once a year after coming off (ever 3 months when I was on back then), and test was always around 350-500 range, which is not nice. I got gyno surgically removed years after roidz bc no amount of anti-estrogens could save me. Still, I developed gyno on the other side at that test range so who knows, maybe my body just likes lumps on tiddies
I got some bloodwork done (CBC, CMP, PSA, FSH, LH, Estradiol, Test, Prolactin) before starting some TRT. The reason I am starting it is twofold: I am an athlete and need to recover from three injuries (lateral, medial, and triceps tendin-opathy/itis. Yes, all three) as fast as possible, I believe a few years of AAS abuse are catching up to me in my 30s... Waiting on results but will post them later if needed. Just wanted to introduce myself.
I am 75kg (175cm) so I am starting the first week or two with 60mg of Test E 2x a week, and I will slowly ramp up to whichever dose makes me feel good and makes the issues I described before go away (understanding accumulation of test on bloodlevels I am not ramping up doses every week), but will cap it at about 250mg/week and keep it around 3mg/kg. Long term is that I will likely not come off TRT ever again, as other test enhancing products are expensive and don't do anything significant.
I am injecting 500mcg of BPC-157 and TB500 every single day for two weeks now, and plan on keeping it for another 3 or so before taking a break.
The plan is to add HGH, R, Metformin, Oxandrolone, and Nandrolone at some point to make sure my recovery happens this year. The situation is chronic, struggling with it for over a year. I want to finish 2024 ready to take on 2025. Slow and steady, as I know all too well the issues with ramping up AAS when your body isn't ready for it.
Excited to get back to "normal" and heal!

doses are not insane if your ancillary support, experience with drugs, maybe some HGH and slin and what not, but I wasnt there. I just wanted to take exactly what the pros were taking, without spending the resources and time to get to a place where that makes sense.
We are glad you learned your lesson
