I've gone to the “contact us” page and submitted my email and everything but it’s been 2 days and no response from them. I won’t give sensitive info but the shipping has taken longer than expected also.

I don't know how long you've been waiting but Their website specifically says that it can take six to nine business days before anything is sent.

I placed an order on Monday and when I went to their website they have a notice up at the top that due to heavy volume there's a $700 minimum now.

I take it that that heavy volume is impacting when shipments are sent.

The $700 minimum is new. That's not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about the ship time showing 6 to 9 business days. I use informed delivery. It will show that the label has been printed, then it will take up to 6 to 9 business days before they ship it out

That’s cool. It was only a $350 minimum like a month ago when I placed my last order?

Regardless, it typically is 5 to 10 business days. I find that the informed delivery label is made about five days prior to it actually being sent out.

How long have you been waiting? And how long have you been waiting for a reply email?

If their minimum is up to 700 because of volume, then that could explain it so like others have said hit up Olivia as she typically responds fairly quick.

I sent Olivia a DM, had a response within a day or so. The label was created and the product was shipped almost exactly based on the time frame they provide of 6 to 9 business days

All good advice above. Email responses sometimes take 2 days, Olivia usually responds by day 2. Thst said, give them a break theyre swamped. K4L will get you your order. I wouldnt worry... My most recent order took almost 2 weeks.

They shipped my order out very fast like the same day i placed it but since then it’s been radio silence

I’m confused is there an issue with your order or are you emailing them because you haven’t gotten your order yet? Or were you just randomly reaching out to them for something else?


Cause if it’s only been a week in a few days, then you just need to wait longer. Their website says 6 to 9 days but I’ve literally gotten every pack at day 10 so unless it’s been nine business days, which would be essentially two weeks, then I don’t see the problem. Or is your informed delivery showing it’s lost or stuck somewhere?

The manner with which that screenshot is worded it reads as though: place order today, dispatched (which I take to mean as shipped) in 2 business days, and delivery within 3-9 business days.

I don’t think dispatch means 2 days to be physically shipped. That how they might mean it but in my multiple orders it’s been 2 days to generate shipping label, then 5-10 (back when it was 5-10) business days for it to arrive at your door. Usually saw “label created” on day 2 from my informed delivery then “in possession of usps” by day 4/5 then on my door a few days later

Well, there’s your problem. Most places aren’t gonna respond to a where’s my pack email until after it’s landed.

Sign up for informed delivery and it will tell you. And typically when their website says it’s been shipped it’s the tracking label being created. I have never had a pack, not land within their quoted delivery window. And I also use informed delivery because it will tell me the day it’s actually shipped through the post office versus just having a tracking label generated

Informed Delivery is a service from USPS on their website, it'll tell you when you can expect mail and shipments headed your way

True, but you don't need the tracking # from them for it to show up on Informed Delivery. If you sign up for Informed Delivery any packages being shipped to you will show up on your USPS dashboard as soon as the vendor creates a shipping label with USPS.

I'm a bit late to the party, but I'm here.
To clear out a few things for everyone, I'll state a few points.

1) Yes, we're swamped right now due to increased order volume and a couple of hundred emails a day. We do sincerely apologise for the delay in our responses, but we'll surely get back to you.
2) You can expect your packages in around 10 business days, and if it is still not with you by then, just reach out and we'll be happy to track it down for you. If you are reaching out continuously before that asking for tracking numbers or updates, we might not be able to help you out there. Please give it time, and it'll be there with you.
3) Our minimum order value has only been temporarily increased to $700 an order to allow us to fulfill each and every order with care and the attention it deserves. This decreases the flow and allows all our teams to process things much easily. It should go back to the normal value by the end of the week.

Like others said. It’s offered from USPS. You sign up, verify your address and it will send you daily updates on what is being delivered (letters and packages) that day. It will also show pending packages when you log in.

You won’t see the source name or anything (usually it will just say something like ehub postage or some random information) so if you get a lot of packages you might not know what’s what but it’s a good way to keep updated without bugging sponsors.

Even then if it hasn’t passed 10 business days, just be patient. I’ve had packs land within 48 hours and same take 3 weeks. I still have one from GC from like 2 years ago that got lost at another post office so I’m sure one day it will just magically show up
