No this isn’t a TRT log. It’s just a log. But I am on TRT. At 30 years old and 15+years of lifting 100% natty - I started TRT roughly 5.5 weeks ago.

I’ve never tried those, honestly it’s been a long time since I’ve had a popsicle. You’ve inspired me to go to the store and buy some after work.

Yea there’s some thoughts of blasting. But probably wouldn’t be till winter. That’s when I have more time to dedicate to training.

Meal #1:
-1 can corn beef hash
-8 eggs over easy
-5 cups rice crispy w/almond milk

Pre lift snack:
-2 generic blueberry Nutri-Grain bars
-salt

Lift: weight x rep x set

Beltless Deads:
-warm up plate by plate
-405x3 (double overhand)
-495x1x3 (mixed grip)
-585x5 (w/straps)
-405x1 SLDL + 8 RDL (w/straps + 2” deficit)
-405x4 SLDL (w/straps + 2” deficit)

Dips:
-warm up plate by plate
-3 plate x 4
-1 plate x 7
-bw x 6
-bw x 6

Ab:
Do a lot of ab wheel till I can’t take it no more

Meal #2:
-1lbs ground beef
-5 cups rice crispy w/almond milk

Evening snack:
-OJ + cran juice mix (3cups oj + 1 cup cran)

Body weight: Didn’t weight myself today
Body fat %: 20-25 (i think this is a more accurate guess)

Food:
-1.5lbs ground beef with taco seasoning
-4.5 cups cooked jasmine rice

Some snacks.

Ohh I remember having grape popsicles when I was a little kid...good stuff. Now I got to go buy a box on my next shopping trip.
