I did the exact same thing about 3 hours ago. I have since sent them an email asking for a list so I can make a proper order. 😂
 
Took a month to get order, they had a sale and weren’t prepped for it. A little frustrating at first due to lack of transparency, but no big deal I had back stock.

Biggest issue was ordered 13 vials of shit. They only sent 10. Reviewed label based on what they said sent 10 TC250 and 3 IL-DC200. What did I get?? NO FKN CLUE. 10 vials of whatever the hell IL-SP25 is. Any mods want to help with this mystery package since I’ve gone back and forth with them for a month but got no where.

Seemed prepared to me. I got everything I ordered and got it quickly. Hell of a deal too. If they made a mistake, im sure they will fix it.

Lion already responded, send him an email like he said and he’ll take care of it; either refund or send product.
 
Placed an order. Noticed in this thread that orders will resume on the 26th. If it was listed on the site is that a good indicator that its actually in stock? Im assuming ill receive a payment detail email on the 26th ish ?

The website cannot be updated fast enough to keep up with stock changes so always best to order thru email.
 
Have ordered a bunch from IL and it’s always been a very professional, high touch, great customer service experience - not to mention that the product has always been high quality ime.

I plan far enough ahead that I don’t need stuff in a day or two. That said, and without specifics, my orders have always come through pretty quickly (especially for international) and - touch wood - without issue.

For any minor issue, they’ve always been very responsive and handled things professionally and gone above and beyond.

Just my experience, but it’s been uniformly positive

I suspect what he said is not true, so he may not be with us very long, I’m waiting for Lion to respond, plus he hasn’t responded to my pm yet
 
I’ve ordered from IL 4-5x and never had an issue

Great communication, quality of products and pricing is tough to beat

Shipping has always been typical of what you’d expect with international transit times

oil are very short Recently. we try our best to send all the packs to our customers step by step,
we have reship almost of packs when we back to work on Feb 26,

I have to chime in on this. I ordered a day or two before the bogo ended. My pack shipped and I got it pretty quick. Only when I got it, it wasn't my order. I contacted Lion and @REHH and let them know. Lion contacted me and asked if I could ship it to the correct person. I did and it was delivered. My pack was lost and Lion offered refund or re ship. I opted for reship and changed my order. My pack is in transit with freebies and another perk from Lion that I won't mention. I've ordered from him several times without a hiccup. Shit happens, and Lion took care of it and then some. This Tyler person Im pretty sure is full of shit. He's been taken care of or decided to wait for something. He just got on here to run his mouth. Im sure it won't de-ter anyone from buying IL. Im a customer for life, IL is legit and knows how to treat customers. Super trustworthy, easy to deal with and has integrity. Something that goes a long way with me.
 
So far it looks like this guy is full of shit. We haven’t gotten an email from him to verify his story and Lion is not aware of anyone that’s been waiting that long.

If he doesn’t come back to give his email to verify his claims then he’ll be banned.
