None. Maybe some EAAs when I'm lifting fasted in the AM w/ electrolytes
 
Not always, but when I do I use:

2 grams of salt
0,5 grams of potassium
5 grams of creatine
10 grams of EAAs
80 grams of dextrose
all in 1.5 liters of water

…and 10 IU of insulin, if that counts as a supplement :LOL
 
1 scoop Karbolyn, 1 scoop Ghost clear whey isolate, 1 scoop EFX Electrolyte Powder, 10g Creatine, 5g Taurine , 64oz water.
 
When in the off-season eating tons of carbs especially the days and few meals prior to training, your glycogen stores are completely topped. Even during the most intense lifting session you dip in like 20 to maybe 30% of stores max. Then we have a ton of post workout carbs. Blasting intra workout carbs in those conditions minus slin or you are a big classic/open guy holding a lot of muscle (non-gym bros and don't bitch if you are an outlier) is overkill. Do what works for you, but you get my point.

If there is ever a good case for it when in a surplus is super early fasted.
 
Never unless I hit the gym 1st thing in the morning, I load up with bcaa and eaa
