Hey @BackDB78, how's the Tirzepatide treating you? I just put in an order yesterday and was told the 5mg vials are 3mL, which means at week five you're injecting 3mL subcutaneously in one site. Seems like an awful lot of fluid in one go for one site, so I'm wondering how you're getting along so far.

I'm also having trouble finding 3mL syringes with small needles, seems at that volume companies assume you're looking for larger needles, any luck on finding the right syringe/needle combo?

Appreciate any guidance 👊

i think you can just mix with 1ml. 1/2 ml = 2.5mg and 1ml = 5mg. I just ordered the same and will try 2.5mg for the first few weeks.

Seems to be doing the trick. I bought 15mg bottles so I'm constituting into another empty 10ml vial. That way you can dial in how much you want per ML or IU.

Thanks for the responses fellas, this is my first foray into this type of product, so I'm on the learning curve.

Per my rep (Rosemary), the 5mg comes in vials that are already mixed and ready to be injected, so if I receive the vials and find that they are in powder form, I'll grab some bac for reconstitution.

All peptides come in powder form. Once mixed with water shelf life is greatly reduced. So yes you need to go and and have bac water ready to go. Dont just buy any old bac water off of amazon. You will see why if you do. Get good quality

Like Liver King said, nothing comes pre mixed. It needs to be constituted. Hence why I get larger vials to be able to dose accurately when needed. It's really not hard. Say you have 10mg in the vial and want it to be 1mg/ml. Inject 3mls into the smaller vial give it time to dissolve. Full it from that vial add it into the larger then add an additional 7mls of BAC water. Boom 1mg/ML. Or however you wish to do it.

Update: Received my Tirzepatide in record time, purchased the BAC, syringes, etc., reconstituted, everything went well, just did my first pin, thanks again for your help and to the Inno team for providing such a high quality product at an excellent price 👊
