Ty Buddy.Crossing my fingers for ya bro. Seriously injuries suck for sure. Hopefully it’s just a scare. BTW you might be feeling old but you sure as fuck don’t look it.
This would be my first injury in the gym but, I think it's just a strain.
Still no bruises, tender and swollen still but, I was able to do some work out at the property today mostly pain free.
This IS a wake up call though......I gotta do an extra rep on each warm up set from now on
