I'm old and boring

Crossing my fingers for ya bro. Seriously injuries suck for sure. Hopefully it’s just a scare. BTW you might be feeling old but you sure as fuck don’t look it.
Ty Buddy.

This would be my first injury in the gym but, I think it's just a strain.

Still no bruises, tender and swollen still but, I was able to do some work out at the property today mostly pain free.

This IS a wake up call though......I gotta do an extra rep on each warm up set from now on

Dude, you're a mess, lol
You know I really want to feel bad for him cause I really have gotten to respect him a ton over the years BUT It’s super hard cause I’m thinking he has more shit fucked up on him than me and I’m kinda enjoying that just a bit.
I know that’s wrong and very selfish of me but I’m a weak man mentally but it’s a process fixing that shit. 😂😉

Pec issue, hopefully it's nothing

Knees, tendinitis is really bad, debilitating if I train like I enjoy

Right wrist is fused so it doesn't really work with anything that isn't a fixed bar or, a machine that has an angled handle

Lower part of the left rectus femoris has a big dent, I assume that's a tear but it's been this way for a few months and I didn't feel it get injured

Lower back has been giving me fits the last month or so but I think that's just getting old and doing different types of manual labor at the compound

I think that's it....I got the stretched tendons in the foot under control during the wrist surgery recovery time since I wasn't getting my 20+k steps at work on the rocks

Other than that, I'm still in my prime
