Yes I know it's pissing in the wind but I wanna add lean mass but cut bf% eat clean lean and 6 meals a day The photo is macros I am looking at and again I am not a expert never claim to be just asking for knowledge and advice

Hgh as recommend would def Help but just have to keep grinding bro. What I keep telling myself, as long as I’m putting the work in, in the gym and outside the gym, I’ll get the physique I want
Yes I agree but after losing a bunch more weight lose skin showing more not a fan and I was more happy in the 230 240 range
 
It's not as easy to fuck up as everyone claims. The important part is just keeping it refrigeratorated after reconstitution.
Yeah keeping it refrigerated is no problem I have my own clean fridge in my gym at my house personally for medications I have insulin peptides and stuff like that in there so no food touches it it's just strictly for keeping things Frozen or cold
 
Are you on these macros now? or what you are planning to run? Also, how much do you weight?

Lastly people need to chill with the GH. Diet is 90% of this.

There’s way more qualified guys on here than me. I’d definitely listen to @Meetketchup but believe you could lower your protein some and up your carbs especially since your running tren
 
That has been it right now for clenbuterol challenge but dropping to fast feel like shit
You're a smart dude, Gene. You know better than to drop to that level! You're 215lbs...Working out like a maniac for the challenge and literally starting yourself. Your body will start entering survival mode if it hasn't already and your metabolism is going to be fucked AND lose muscle in the process. Just lookin out for you man.

Yeah I was having very low blood sugars I started at 230 lb and drop weight super fast I just had no energy and it was to the point I was not even wanting to go to the gym because I have no energy so I know this ain't working for me and I'm also 6 ft 3 almost 6 ft 4 so getting that lean that fast did not help

Sorry the 230 was a typo I was 240 but I would bounce depending from 230 to 240 but I was on a bulk at that time right before so I was eating about 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day but when I'm just usually eating during the day and I'm not trying to bulk or cut I just try to stay at about 2500 right now I keep bouncing from 215 to 220

Assuming quite a bit of the weight lost is water, go up to 2,000 cals, up your protein a bit and rest carbs. I’d suggest slightly higher fats for health purposes as well. See how you feel there.
