Yeah keeping it refrigerated is no problem I have my own clean fridge in my gym at my house personally for medications I have insulin peptides and stuff like that in there so no food touches it it's just strictly for keeping things Frozen or coldIt's not as easy to fuck up as everyone claims. Yeah I was having very low blood sugars I started at 230 lb and drop weight super fast I just had no energy and it was to the point I was not even wanting to go to the gym because I have no energy so I know this ain't working for me and I'm also 6 ft 3 almost 6 ft 4 so getting that lean that fast did not helpYou're a smart dude, Gene. Sorry the 230 was a typo I was 240 but I would bounce depending from 230 to 240 but I was on a bulk at that time right before so I was eating about 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day but when I'm just usually eating during the day and I'm not trying to bulk or cut I just try to stay at about 2500 right now I keep bouncing from 215 to 220What were your macros before the challenge and how much did you weigh? I'm a former fat fuck if I dirty bulk I am afraid what would happeni dirtybulk on test deca and then lose the fat on back half with tren E. Works like a charm baby

Assuming quite a bit of the weight lost is water, go up to 2,000 cals, up your protein a bit and rest carbs. I’d suggest slightly higher fats for health purposes as well. See how you feel there.So yeah I lost about 20 lb in a month
