Rest day with 40 mins incline treadmill.
Had some beef noodles at a restaurant today. They had macros posted in their menu so I thought it wasn't too bad. Once I tried them and went back to look at macros I realized I got bamboozled big time
logged it using ai scan instead which added a bunch of extra fats and I'm also going to eat less carbs for the rest of the day. I hate restaurants. Noodles weren't even that good.
