Depending on how much chicken say 4 lbs.
3 garlic minced
1/3 onion minced
they say to use vinegar but I don’t.
3 spoons of ancho chili powder. I add more if I can’t find chipotle pepper in adobo sauce.
1 chipotle pepper and 2 spoons of adobo sauce. Most of the time it is together but hard to find at times.
3 spoons of oil I use olive.
salt and pepper to taste.
blend tell smooth.
Dry chicken with paper towel. In a bowl or bag either chop the chicken or whole put everything in and marinade for a couple of hours.
then grill, bake or fry.
