I dont consider the 300mgs of test a cycle, not at this point in my experience. I started using AAS 30 years ago now.
I didnt stay on test year round until I was about 40 years old. Prior to that I would cycle and come off, no pct. Oldschool. I let my body notice the drop and recover.
My natural test levels off cycle were high AF. (I grew up on spring water and farm foods mostly) and I also grew up during the 70s and 80s, before the world was polluted with endocrine disrupting chems, before laser printed receipts (that ink mimics estrogen, and you touch 1000,s of receipts per year x your adult life) before Round-Up (glyphosate) was everywhere, when most beverages still came in either paper/wax cartons (milk) or glass bottles, not chem leaching plastic shit.
So I feel comfortable at around 1500. 300 per week puts me at 1500 or better. I use aromasin (low dose) like 12.5mgs every 2 weeks is enough for me. (During cruise periods).
The benefits on staying on year round?
1. Stability, I dont have the ups and downs to deal with, the body is geared towards seeking endocrine homeo-stasis.
2. Less drugs, throwing all types of fertility, anti-estrogens, anti-conversion drugs in your system several times per year just creates an endocrine shit-storm.
I have never used nolvadex, arimidex, or clomid.
3. Anti-aging, many aging effects in men are directly related to low-T... keeping my test levels at no less than 1200 year round = always feeling good and never having low-T symptoms, and always being in an anabolic state.
Everyone responds differently but I found what works for me. I look 10-15 years younger than most of the people in my age group, male or female... and pretty much everywhere I go, Im am the alpha-specimen.
